Many of Singapore's oldest Shopping malls or shopping centres are opened in the late 1970s. Many of these shopping centres are now tucked away with poor mix of shops. Erh.. How do I climb down into the pool. Or how do I climb up the pool? This is not a Magician trick... Just that the developer placed an extensive guard rail to prevent anyone climbing down or pushed down the steps into the Hillvista condo pool. Thus, don't worry it is not an illusion! When this condo TOP; for sure, the barrier will be lifted. Please don't quote me on this! If you don't believe; when I next visit this condo during TOP; will show you a photo proof of it! Cheers!

Dear Daphne, In a tropical country such as ours, there is a quirk with the application of the East/West group of persons or known as Eight House. This is especially so, if the living room; several bedrooms and even the master bedroom is `bathe' by the afternoon sun (West facing) or even the morning sun (East facing). One significant concern is if these rooms face another block of flats. Dear Kohsy, Yes, at the moment, because Geylang is a red light district. And, in my opinion, it looks like this red light district is going to stay for sometime. I believe that, in the next 10 to 15 years at least, this red light district will still be around - geylang. It is not like the government can simply relocate it to e.g. Pulau Ubi etc... Yes, and because of this reasoning; and in a recent documentary, some residents (females) who stay in condos in geylang were asked for such services. Many Geomancers and buyers always feel uncomfortable with the unit circled in the picture. Most Geomancers would consider that it is no good to stay in a home with a hollow below the home... And visually, many would feel "insecure" even if it is structually safe! Thus most likely, it can affect the re-sale of that unit...

Feng Shui of HDB BTO Waterway Cascadia Both Blk 316D Stacks #681 & #683 with Blk 316C Stacks #705 & #707 have facing direction of330 degrees. This places these four stacks as NW3 facing direction. And the plus point is that the frontage has a mountain star #6 with water star #8. Thus from now to 2023, this frontage is auspicious as it faces the Punggol Reservoir dam. As it is further inwards from the waterway; it is least affected by the direction of flow of water on the waterway. The negative of these four stacks are that it is bathed by indirect afternoon sun.
