Type 5L - 5 Bedroom Premium 1.1 Many of Grandeur Park Residences layout have the Living Room sharing the same wall as a bedroom. 1.2 In this instance with bedroom 3. If this section of the wall is a dry-wall. 1.3 One would have to be extra careful as to where one mounts the TV. As the contractor would usually mount it on an additional piece of wood which offers not much protection from EMF radiation. 1.4 As there are many brands and models of TV sets; majority of the TV sets do have EMF as high as 20+ milliGauss (mG) or more. Dear Kohsy, Yes, at the moment, because Geylang is a red light district. And, in my opinion, it looks like this red light district is going to stay for sometime. I believe that, in the next 10 to 15 years at least, this red light district will still be around - geylang. It is not like the government can simply relocate it to e.g. Pulau Ubi etc... Yes, and because of this reasoning; and in a recent documentary, some residents (females) who stay in condos in geylang were asked for such services. Many Geomancers and buyers always feel uncomfortable with the unit circled in the picture. Most Geomancers would consider that it is no good to stay in a home with a hollow below the home... And visually, many would feel "insecure" even if it is structually safe! Thus most likely, it can affect the re-sale of that unit...

Feng Shui of HDB BTO Waterway Cascadia Both Blk 316D Stacks #681 & #683 with Blk 316C Stacks #705 & #707 have facing direction of330 degrees. This places these four stacks as NW3 facing direction. And the plus point is that the frontage has a mountain star #6 with water star #8. Thus from now to 2023, this frontage is auspicious as it faces the Punggol Reservoir dam.
