  1. Hi

In fighting the sickness stars #2 and #9, usually hanging of a 6-rod windchime is recommended. Must the entire windchime be made of metal? Does it matter if the top support and centre accessory are made of wood and the rods are of metal?

  2. Hi Cecil

Our master bedroom is on the east of our house and in 2005, the flying star #2 is in this sector. Does it help by just hanging a brass 'hu lu' at the window in this sector, or is there any other way to suppress this star?

I would also like to take this opportunity to wish you a very happy and properous new year!

  3. Hi Cecil

When shouldI remove the yellow round metal with 6 coins currently atthe centre of my house to the main entrance? Now or wait until 9 Feb 2005?

    Dear Anon,

    Don't be unduly concerned over

the #5 so long as avoid bright

yellow colours such as for the

    curtains and bedsheets. In

    addition, also try to avoid

    bright red colours.

    This is because #5 represents

    strong metal.

    And under the productive cycle

    of the five elements concept:

    Fire inflames or fuels Earth.

This try to avoid Fire element

    (red, purple or pink) and

    Earth (particularly bright

    yellow colours).

Since the bedroom is in blue -

    this is favourable, metal

element such as white can be

    introduced into the room.

    Together with this, you can

still keep the 6coins in this

    bedroom.Yes, you can introduce

the 6 coins towards the main

    entrance.

    Warmest Regards,Cecil

  4. Hi

As feng shuied, we would be goodif our house (East 2/3 of period 7) can be changed to that of Period 8.Hence,we intend to invite the lion dance troupe to our house during the CNY period (i.e. from 9 Feb to 23 Feb 2005) hoping to change it to Period 8.

Is there any date and time which is considered auspicious for the lion to enter our house? Do you have any recommendations for lion dance troupe?

  6. Edited by Robert: Have informed Cecil to attend to your question as he might not yet have seen it due to lots of forum posts.

    Hi Cecil

We had our house feng shuied by you last year. We were advised to have more of green and red colours in the NW sector which is our main entrance. Hence, we have this sector painted green, curtains greenand floor mat red in colour.

In 2005, the 5 yellow will be in this sector. We understand that metal will be able to cure this 5 yellow. We intend to paint the main door brown (wood element). Is this OK? How else can we cure this 5 yellow at our main entrancein the NW?

    Hope you can enlighten. Thanks.

  7. Hi

I'm a strong metal rabbit. I understand that in 2005, rabbits will be in conflict with Tai Sui. I also read from some websites that in order to stay away from harm's way, I may carry with me Tai Sui coin or some medicine dzi beads. Is this considered effective? If not, what are your views?

Hope you can advise soonest possible. Thanks in advance.

  8. Hi Cecil

Is there a basis to place the Wu Lou? For example, I have placed one each in all my bedrooms. Does it matter or must the placement be matched with the location of rooms, etc?

Thanks in advance for your reply.

  9. Hi Cecil

I'm Lye Chan. Thanks very much for your friendly and detailed audit servicefor our house. The reports are reallydetailed and useful.I'm now in the process of relocating / removing some of the things to improve the 'qi' of the house. However,we need your further advice to the following.

    (1) It has been recommended that our house be changed to Period 8. If I'm not wrong, in order to do so, we will have to do a repainting of the ceiling AND/OR hold a birthday party celebration. Are we to choose 1 between these 2 or we need to carry out both?

    (2) For repainting of ceiling, must we choose an auspicious date to carry out? If so, can I use the auspicious date(s) that you have provided me forshifting of the altar?

    (3) Is it alright to paint the ceiling of the bedroom which is located in the SW sector (as Grand Duke is said tobe residing here this year)?

    (3) For birthday celebration, is it necessay to ensure that the day is an auspicious day or can I just celebrate any of my children's birthday without the need to check the auspiciousness of the day?

    (4) As suggested, we have removed the "Eight Immortals" painting from the wall in the living room. Could you recommend a more suitable type of painting for this wall?

    Thanks.

  10. I have been advised that jobs related to Wood are highly recommended for me. These include "Cafe, Carpentry, Catering, Distribution, Engineering, Electronics, Filming, Growth, Hospital, New Technology, Paper, Plants, Restaurants, Scientific Instruments, Technology, Transport, Training, Travel, etc.
Do the above mean working in the above type of industry OR that you must be e.g. a doctor or nurse in hospital before you are said to be in a job related to Wood?
How about a clerical post in an educational institution? Is this related to Wood?
