Case Study 3: Common Bin Lobby (CBL) is visible from Stack #309's front door
Especially when time for re-sale, may affect value of the unit

Case Study 2: Living with the Pneumatic Waste Conveyance System (PWCS)
Usage of this PWCS demands lots of consideration and discipline else development may be stuck with stuck and smelly stopped waste disposal

Case Study 4: Higher floors to avoid views into the Precinct Pavilion or to avoid noises such as prayers and/or loud music
On one hand it is good that the planners of this estate had placed the two PPs at the far end corners of the development.
Thus minimizing the number of units affected by the PP.

1. Be careful of purchasing a unit facing either the roof-line (if any) from the school or sharp angles of the school building.
2. Safest bet is to get at least 6th or higher floors to avoid the roof-line of the school building.
3. Do expect two to three years of construction noise and dust from the opposite school grounds.
Related:4. Let’s hope the school(s) are not designed like this:-
With it’s sharp corner aimed towards a block/unit; as shown on this example:-

Case Study 4: Any concern with the church?
As the church is across the road and buffered by a six storey's high Multi-Storey Car Park (MSC), there is generally no issue with it.
