Found this notice at several lift lobbies of HDB Plantation Grange Blks 133A & 133B… recently T.O.P. ++++++++++++++++++++++ +++++++++++++++++ Notice to residents at HDB Plantation Grange during it’s T.O.P. In September 2023: Salts Sprinkled on Floorings We observed that some residents have sprinkled saits on the foors as part door opening ceremony. When salts are left unattended over time, it will melt and damage the floor tiles or vinyl floors. We would like to advise residents to quickly remove the salts from the floorings at the earliest opportunity. Ceiling mounted sound reduction boards at the living room external balcony area [THREE]. Sound reduction ceiling boards for all rooms facing towards the PIE and Slip Road leading to it P.S. This is not the first time a developer had provided some sound reduction for units facing busy areas. Especially units nearby to an elevated MRT track such as The Brownstone EC in Canberra/Yishun. However, such sound reduction was confined only to the living room balcony ceiling area. Was told that some owners/residents found the sound reduction boards a "sore-eyes" much like an office ceiling panels.
