Infiniti @ East Coast - Is my unit still lucky?

There is a certain risk involved, here. Got to do due diligence and try to check out the site = the actual location of the build. Usually older generation landed may have a roof-line around 3rd storey’s high. While newer may have 3 + 1 attic with a trellis at roof-top. While a private condo or apartments is 5 storey’s + attic + equal to this development’s highest floors. If in doubt, common sense says avoid. It is not like someone holds a gun to the head and ask to buy such a unit. Caveat Emptor. Was written specifically for the law. LOL By the way, the “top four” Recommened earlier does not have such a concern.

Case Study 3: Concrete RC-Roof line above highest floor balcony and windows = Indirectly benefit Feng Shui Qi-Flow 1. These RC-Roof Line fine touches are great! 2. This is because occupiers of units that has a extended roof-line will not be too scared to leave open especially their balcony doors or ever so slightly to allow wind/ventilation of their unit(s). 3. Contrast this to always afraid of rain + wind spilling over into the interior of the home. 4. Such fine touches are always welcomed. 5. Contrast this to the "stupidity" of Silversea condo at Amber Road where each balcony is never shaded by an upper floor balcony: Boutique condo design but no valuable function other than to look ATAS! (High class). What's the use of looking classy but not functional?

Case Study 2: Should I be concerned with front door open towards a partial wall? 1. A Conservative Feng Shui Master (FSM) will often cry fowl when they discover such a unit. 2. Who are the Conservatives? 3. In general, a Conservative FSM often only Eats, Sleep, Wake-up. Eats, Sleep only on the Front Door. And nothing but the Front Door. 3.1. Thus things like a Front Door open towards a wall is a No-No for them. Or rather, to some of them is like the "End-of-the-world." 4. Thus if one looks outwards and confronted with views as shown below is also a No-No where the front door opens towards a half-wall:- Note these photos were from the Queens Condo:- 5. Generally, (Good News is that) these two situations also not perfect but is not a Fatal Error.

Case Study 1: Shapes and Forms Feng Shui: Sshhh! Keep this a secret! Best stacks/units are Stacks 52 and 53 respectively:- (No, no, no.. who says I look like the youthful Bill Gates!) 1. Most likely the two best prominent stacks in this development:- 2. Stacks 36 and 39 actually has better Flying Star Feng Shui than the above. Would have been an overall winner if not for either #34 or #41. This is because of the slight glare from the sidewalls of these neighouring walls that reflect sunlight or glare. 2.1. For Stack #35 is that of #34 2.2. For Stack #39 is that of #41 3. A consolation for both Stacks #36 and #39 is that luckily the external facade = side-walls of the development will be painted a darker less reflective light chocolate tone. And the good news here is that such walls often don't reflect much light as compared to external white-wash or light beige colours. Thus this is indeed good news for those considering these two stacks/units:- Yeah! Girl, We are in Luck!

Frankly, I can think of several concerns. Never-mind, sometimes the unseen is one consideration: Possible for Ant trails. And reservist training by roaches.... And another is the bin area often has openings. And I am sure the unit yard area also has openings that often is not closed totally. Smell? Frankly, need some imagination to envisage..... -
