Part 4: Common sense says bring all family members for viewing of the unit... "Sir! This is a brand new home. So how to view? Huh?" Sorry... "My BAD".... Please ignore.. LOL... -
Question: Hi Master Cecil, I was looking at the auspicious dates and would like to ask whether the date and time is important, or just the date. For example, 12 Sep is very auspicious + auspicious, but based on the hour for that day, there is no suitable time during the day. Inversely, 13 Sep is Average + auspicious, but based on the hour for that day, 3pm-4.59pm is auspicious + auspicious. Reply: The date is important. The time is nice to not a must use. Time go for 0818, 0838, 0938, 1118, 1138, 1218, 1238 etc..

Case Study 14: "Paid so much for a Feng Shui audit but only receive one piece of paper?" "Cuz we dun have this type of detail analysis the last time. A bit of shock haha" 1. Client only receive this for her previous Feng Shui audit:- 2. And Yes, the Fee was not cheap! -
The Antares @ Mattar Rd (99 years leasehold from 14 August 2018. Consists of 2 blocks of 5 storeys and 1 block at 17 storeys and and another 1 block at 18 storeys high = 256 units. First impressions is an upside down Flare gun .. LOL... In my opinion, the architect has done a fantastic job in the layout of the blocks in this development. To me, seems much thought in maximising this unusual plot of land. Yet, seems orderly and pleasing to one's eye. To me, this site plan reminds me of a saucepan. LOL

Sunstone Hill at Pasir Panjang under construction
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Around Singapore
*** Interlude *** 1. Many Feng Shui Masters in Singapore are simply a Feng Shui Emporium in disguise. 1. Often, they are only interested in making super normal profits from selling useless commercial Feng Shui products in the name of Feng Shui, that's all! Ask: "Must I BUY from YOU?" -

Case Study 2: Flying Star Feng Shui Period 8 NE1 or SW1 facing homes NE1. Has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Thus, units with water position at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui. If so, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck. If the unit is not facing a water position, then best to place a water position at the balcony area to activate the luck. On the downside; the other sectors in such a home has bad stars that best to be disarmed or neutralised. SW1. As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. It will be advantages if the unit faces a pool of water or activate a water position at the balcony area. As such overall, the unit can activate the sum-of-ten. Need though to disarm bad stars in many sectors of the home. To disarm health related considerations. -

Case Study 1: Can I rely on the North marking on the Sales Brochure? Part 1: Sample of House 60F = 15 degrees and for 60E = 195 degrees. 1. The Sales Brochure macro site plan and the micro site plan found on each of the layout types do match. 1.1. Sometimes these two don't even match. 1.2. However, this is similar to the concept of "own-self check own-self". Part 2: Based on streetdirectory.com map, the compass degrees is 20 degrees for 60F and 200 degrees for 60E respectively. 2. Thus the compass readings deviate by 5 degrees between the Sales Brochure site plans and the streetdirectory.com's map. 2.1 Thus which should I use? Sales Brochure or Streetdirectory.com's 2.2. Fortunately, based on the chart below, Flying Star North 3 falls between 7.5 degrees to 22.4 degrees. Thus for 60F and 60E and similar houses, one can use North 3 chart. 2.3. But for the rest of the blocks/stacks cannot say the same unless each of the varying blocks have been plotted.

need serious help with my flying stars!
Cecil Lee replied to jenniferlee1818's topic in General Help
Mountain Star = MS Water Star = WS Annual Star = A SW = MS 7 = weak metal (theft of wealth / (robbery = loss of wealth) and WS = 2 (weak earth = sickness). And annual star is 5 (strong eart = misfortune/sickness). The best solution is to use Water element to weaken #7 and #2. Since Annual Star = 5 for this year you can also use additional wood element in this area. At South which fortunately is an enclosed, area: MS#5 = strong earth = misfortune/sickness WS#9 = strong fire fuels strong earth Annual = #3 quarrels, conflicts and legal entanglements. Avoid Fire element to cure this as it can inadvertently inflame MS#5 = misfortune/sickness Here, salt water cure can be considered. Or metal cure. Stick to metal cure is best for this sector. -
Question: What is the quantity of incense sticks needed to be lit? 1. According to the concept of Yin and Yang, odd numbers such as 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 represent Yang energy, while even numbers like 2, 4, 6 represent Yin energy. 2. When lighting joss sticks, it is recommended for individuals to light up either 1 or 3 joss sticks at a time. 2.1. Alternatively, lighting two (2) wax candles for prayer is also a suitable option. 3. In religious settings, it is common to see worshippers lighting up 9 joss sticks. As previously mentioned, the number 9 is considered appropriate. Upon closer inspection [See Below], the container holds three burning joss sticks. 4. Scenes from the seventh lunar month of 2019, commencing on August 1st, 2019...

I was wondering if it is okay to live above a clinic?
Cecil Lee replied to W.L.'s topic in General Help
You wrote: "The 1st floor is rented out to a medical clinic (with a primary care physician, a dentist and a physical therapist). The 2nd floor is the primary residence area. I was wondering if it is okay to live above a clinic?" So happen, yesterday I passed by a General Medical clinic with seats outside the clinic. So happens someone at the seat started coughing. I quickly ran in the opposite direction. Well this is also about personal preference. Personally, I wouldn't want to stay a floor above any clinic especially a General clinic or perhaps in the US you called it a primary care physician. Especially if it has seats outside this clinic and or those exhaust fan(s) placed in their toilet(s). Equally, I won't want to have the lift lobby in close proximity to the clinic (front) especially if it is opened. Don't get me wrong. As I mentioned this has more to do with PERSONAL Preference with a tinge of common sense. In Singapore, our government has an open leg policy... and there may be lots of unusual illness ... that are spread by air-borne e.g. T.B. and even exotic flu from all parts of the world... even measles etc... no way... Not sure about your country in the North hemisphere... You wrote: Also, is the feng shui of the overall house okay? Is the kitchen too close to the entrance, bedroom, or the center of the house? -
These are some considerations: 1. Assuming this place is the Commonwealth: UK, Singapore, Malaysia etc.. 2. Touchwood! There is a higher tendency for a runaway vehicle to plough through the purple arrow. 2.1. If so, depending on the speed of the vehicle as well as type of vehicle, the impact is highest on a straight path. 2.3. However, someone must really be a Bruce Willis of Diehard series.... who wants may even tilt the vehicle slightly and plough through the area that you circled in red many times... 3. In both above circumstances, and a right-hand drive country... yes, one can say that this house is at a T-junction.

External door GAP seal for the Main Entrance
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Current Affairs & Lifestyle
NO MAGIC Uses a mechanical "Push-Pin" to activate the seal once door is fully closed 1. I always love to take things apart and understand how it works. 2. This is the hidden panel and mechanical retractable black pin: 3. This is at the other side.. (at the door handle and lock set side). 3.1 This whole external piece can slide out. The plastic cap on each side is to prevent dust getting into the module. 3.2 As well as make it aesthetically pleasing:- 4. This rubber looking or silicone flexible type of seal pushes to the floor forming a seal when the door is fully closed: 5. After 4 years of installation, looks like the seal is still intact although slightly compressed to one side. But nevertheless, still works fine. 6. Close-up of the rectangular seal.... 7. I hope you find this resource useful even if you will not be installing this type of module. P.S. Please note that I do not have any vested interest in this or with the seller. -
I personally prefer simple... no frills home... Often after 5 years or more obsolescence... and or spoilt... Recently, especially at iNz Residences... by the time of key collection, the system may be outdated... “Life made more complicated when it is time to replace these ... especially if stopped working.. LOL” This is because most of the vendors of such equipment may include some proprietary circuit that often either you have to buy from them or when the product becomes obsolete. Then good luck! = Life made difficult!
