  1. Blame my husband. He is so bloody fat! He is unable to scrub his body properly.... in our Sengkang Grand Residence (SGR) Master Toilet... My wife just left me.. and served me the divorce papers! In our previous home, my ex-wife used to come into the shower and scrub my back... then we were still in intimate terms... sadly not now... Boss: "What is that smell? It smells so horrible! IT STINKS!" SGR Resident cum Staff : "It's me Sir!" Boss: "JON, You are FIRED!" Yes, I am none other than Donald Trump! SGR Resident cum Staff : "Pity me Sir! I am into the mortgage trap! Cannot afford being retrenched. Already demoted from a larger home to this... and now! Can I kneel down to kow-tow you, Sir!"
  2. Not Feng Shui. Based on the concept of : "Consider the Reflection"... There is a school of thought that says that it is good to place a mirror at eye level on a kitchen cabinet. How this works? Accordingly, based on common sense, whenever someone wants to grab a packet of tidbits; will first have to see themselves in the mirror. And it was felt that the person would then be more conscious of their figure.. and less likely to fetch that tidbit....
  3. Interlude: This is Common sense! Nothing to do with Feng Shui at all! Potential buyer 1: "Oh Dear! My mum hates your shower area! Not elderly friendly. Furthermore, it is also going to be my retirement home... " Potential buyer 2: "OMG! How am I going to bathe my babies and infants?" Potential buyer 3: "Hmm.... my hubby needs to slim down in order to use it! How come like this one? Expect my hubby to go to the public toilets at ground floor is it?" Potential buyer 4: "I see that my master bedroom with the master bedroom is already so crammed.. Queen sized only... " Agent: "Every layout in this development is like that one.. lah!" Agent: "Take it or leave it! Next!" Agent: "Once I get my commission (except buying direct development staff) I can wash my hands ... it will be your business/problem. liao..." Developer: "Call the architect firm.. and ask them why they so honest and stupid to place queen sized beds in all bedrooms! Why make it so obvious for Geomancy.net to comment on? YOU ARE FIRED!" There is no logic why for this development, the concealed water pipe plumbing as shown in BLUE (see below) is so large? Thus "eat-into" the shower area.... Mr/Ms Architect.. please explain to us? Hiding a hidden safe, perhaps? P.S. Fact: To be fair = many of the developments launched this two years... have shower areas slightly larger than this only... WITHOUT PREJUDICE:- Alamark! Not only condos not just Grand ones... are getting smaller.. their toilets (to me visually) are too! I could be wrong, though! Caveat Emptor ...No bath-tub nevermind... but HUh? LOL Caricature: But it affects oursales and marketing! =============== MORE ================= Case Study: Sample from another recent development: Dairy Farm Residences Condo by United Engineers:- 1. (See Below in blue) The architect of this development took a clever approach by attaching two toilets (mirrored) so that there is only one concealed air-well for the pipings:- 2. One will noticeably see that because of this, there is more room in both Master Bath and Bath 2. Also modern HDB Master bath/toilet are around or slightly bigger than this. 3. To the architect and developer: "Even if we don't stay there....give some consideration. As both toilets like that one! Even a modern HDB Master bath/toilet can do better than that! = at least for one of the toilets, lah! Do think of bathing babies + elderly... "
  4. Frankly, it is never too late to know this.... I can have very high IQ and EQ... but.... I just realised this... P.S. No offence... just know that there are lots, lots who share this same trait.. as yours.. LOL Where : = Chicken egg. To us Chinese consider it as ZERO... as a Chicken egg resembles ZERO = 0
  5. More... cow sense included... here...
  6. The morale of the story? Next time, see if one can try to relate the situation to common sense? Look.... I did a search in this forum for : "Common sense" and found 540 results on this..... The implication is that there are so many things that are related to common sense. And often, a poor excuse to seek help from a Feng Shui Master on them...
  7. 1. Do you know that 70% of Feng Shui is based purely on common sense? 2. Frankly, with or without Feng Shui, common sense says that there can be a remote chance of a vehicle catching fire. 3. Thus common sense says that if a vehicle got shorted / electrical fire or overheated engine compartment, one day it may catch fire. 4. And common sense also says that fire flames upwards. 5. Another common sense thing is that there are some owners/ occupiers of homes may either store flammable items or hoard flammable items in a garage. Again another common sense thing. 6. Therefore, why must this be a Feng Shui thing? 7. Even without Feng Shui, this is pure common sense. More of a concern particularly in type of home construction. Such as many American homes that uses wood and dry walls to construct their homes... 8. More.... 8.1. Best not to park a super-car in this garage. Especially if it has been in a start-stop traffic jam earlier. Or if this vehicle is not maintained properly or the car has been "abused or bruised" earlier... 9. You wrote: "Also, is it ok to have an empty house behind our house? Thanks." 9.1. Although this can be based on the Yin and Yang principle. 9.2. Buy hey! This is again one of those common sense thing. No need Feng Shui to elaborate it on. 9.3. And yes, it falls under one of those 70% common sense Feng Shui thing. The link below includes a Fifth (5th) habit... called? ..... hmm.... Extract from the above link: Common sense says that one can install fire safety equipment e.g. a fire sprinkler e.g. those that has a glass bulb ... where if there is a fire, the glass would burst or nowadays a fire sensor connected to the house alarm system... which monitors for smoke and fire "down under" at the garage. I did a search in the internet.. for alarm system with fire monitor... use such tools... available today.... you sleep upstairs and let the fire monitoring system handle it.. etc.... What has this really got to do with Feng Shui. Unless one really get a Feng Shui Master ... and really, he/she asks to place cures e.g. maybe 6 coins... etc.. for what?

  19. Source & Credit: The Infiniti at West Coast Judge rejects condo's bid to remove cabinet from corridor A shoe cabinet outside an apartment's front door is arguably a common sight in condominiums. But for the management corporation (MC) at The Infiniti in West Coast Park, it was a big no-no for one unit, with the owners taken to court for refusing to remove the cabinet.
