Case Study: Any concern if blinds are installed? 1. Ensure that the bed is positioned at a safe distance from the roller blind cords to prevent any risk of suffocation. 2. If the ceiling fan is in operation, the blinds may move and create noise by hitting the window frame or glass, potentially disrupting a peaceful night's rest.

Case Study 1: Checked the meaning of Ola 1. In Spanish, Ola means to wave. This seems to be the main theme, here. 1.1 While Hola means hello in Spain. However when the Spanish pronounce this word, the “H” is silent. Thus all we hear is also “Ola”. 1.2 We can now even call this “Hello” or “Wave Hello Condo!” 2. Under one other language = Azerbaijani translated to English. 2.1 Ola means “be”. Or in mandarin is generally 成为 Chéngwéi 2.1 Where is Azerbaijan? 3. Thus in both languages the word OLA seems acceptable. 4. Heard this story:- Chief Security Guard at Ola (CSG): "Guys and Gals, security at Ola is different from all other condos" An audience of 5 secuirty guards: "Huh? Sir, can you elaborate?" CSG: "Listen here: You are always to greet all visitors and even dubious ones = "Hello! Ola! and Wave them in! No need to record their particulars, please". An audience of 5 secuirty guards: "Got, Sir!"

Related: Habit number 12th suits this topic.... Headbanger.. want to head bang onto a wall...? PARTIAL Extract from the above resource:- [12.] TWELVE: Don't be a Headbanger as sometimes there are no practical solutions unless one considering moving out or is there other alternatives? Please recognise that not every Feng Shui problem has a practical or feasible solution other than to Move out? If so one may have to turn to other areas such as... [9.] The concept of Maximising Marks Question: Reading your posts, if unlucky that rubbish chute is next to or in front of unit, what is the remedy? 1. My advice is always... before signing the dotted line... especially for ECs/Condos where these common bins are not stated; go ask the Agent to show the actual location. 1.1. And actively avoid buying such a unit if possible. 1.2. Cannot help it if one already bought a unit next to a rubbish chute. If so, just too bad. 1.3. At the pearly gates of heaven.... 1.3.1. Little girl: You have seen the questions that I posted to Master Cecil Lee? 1.3.2. Angel: Yes! So sorry.. I don’t have a solution for you. How about you ask the Devil, down under? 1.3.3. Little girl: Went down under and met the devil : Dear girl, How I wish I can have your soul in exchange for an answer! But I Guess I have to skip entrapping yours. You are free to go... as even I the devil don't have an answer for you! 2. Title: Other equivalent “God/Devil” also has no answers for you... questions... 2.1. I have a saloon car that can only seat a maximum of 5 adults. But I need a daily car to transport 7 persons. 2.2. Yes, I don’t have the money to buy an 7 seater MPV. And I cannot afford taxis on a daily basis. 2.3. Any remedy? Addedum: Sorry the title should instead be: "BEYOND BOTH GOD & LUCIFER - AS THEY ALSO DON'T HAVE ANSWERS FOR U" Since this is a non Feng Shui question, one can come up with a satisfactory remedy right?

1. This area of non-theory based Feng Shui is based both on common sense and logic based on just two simple singlish way of saying "ENGLAND or ANG MO" words: nice-to. 1.1 It is nice-to sit on wenchang location. 1.2. It is equally nice-to face it. 2. Frankly how many of us have the privilege to build a house from scratch or can exactly find a place that have a 100% fit. 3. Thus common sense says... if the wengchang location is in the WC THRONE? In the toilet how? Source and credit as shown on the illustration. 3.1. No wonder many overseas workers have instinctively found their wengchang location and done so... 3.2. Or Kitchen or Missing Corner or Air-con ledge? How huh? 3.3. You want to work in the toilet is it? Or sit on-top of the air-con compressor with it is running to cool the legs while studying? Doh! 4. Therefore, I used the word nice-to. And not must-have-to. 4.1. Thus isn't it "wonderful" from a Feng Shui perspective to both sit at the wengchang location and sit facing one's good directions? 5. I can foresee your next logical question: This has also been asked many times: “What can be done if we do not sit on the wengchang location?” = A double bonus. 5.1. For example, there are some who look at closely into the interior layout plan even before purchasing a unit. 5.2. If so, there is a better chance of finding a home that the location + direction is suitable to a specific person! 5.3. Else go become a Headbanger... scroll down to... next message...

OLA Executive condo at Sengkang by Evia and Gamuda Passed by the site many times for Feng Shui audits at three close-by condos... Also transit at the kopitiam food court at Sengkang Community Hospital. Only bought drinks there + chill-out. As the rest of the food does not look appertising as well as "crazy" prices.

Case Study 4A: DC fans have several benefits compared to AC fans. 1. AC fans have been around since the early days of electricity. 2. Generally, DC fans may have a higher upfront cost, but they are more energy efficient and cost less to operate over time. It’s a good idea to factor in both the initial price and long-term savings when deciding. 3. AC fans usually rotate in only one direction, so their blades are designed to push air downwards. In contrast, DC fans can rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise. This allows them to either push air down or pull it up toward the ceiling, making them especially useful for rooms with high ceilings where you want air circulation without air blowing directly down. 4. Does the number of fan blades make a difference? 4.1. Most ceiling fans have at least three blades. You might have noticed that many pedestal fans have even more. 4.2. The number of blades is more about practicality than Feng Shui. For example, stealth helicopters often have six or more blades—the more blades, the smoother and quieter the airflow. 4.3. Fans with only one or two blades tend to wobble and make more noise. 4.4. It’s similar to how a vehicle works. A car with three cylinders can be quite noisy, much like a loud motorcycle. 4.5. On the other hand, cars with six or eight cylinders, like a modern V6, are usually much quieter than standard four-cylinder cars. Case Study 4B: In theory, if a ceiling fan can draw air upwards instead of pushing it down, it may be able to cool a larger area. 1. For example, if the room has all glass windows. 2. When the fan blades are set to pull air upwards, 3. the air will be drawn toward the ceiling and then circulate back down, as shown in the illustration below. 4. However, a room with glass windows and afternoon sun can create a greenhouse effect. 5. Fortunately, glass releases heat much faster than walls that have absorbed heat. 6. Keep in mind that not all AC fans can reverse the direction of their airflow from clockwise to counterclockwise. 7. Similarly, not all DC fans offer this feature. 7.1. If you are considering a DC fan, remember this point. 8. Also, think about your living room. Blowing air upwards may or may not suit your needs. 9. If this approach doesn't work for you, you can always switch back to standard fan circulation.
