What element does restaurant belongs to?

Just received an e-mail from someone, here goes:-

" Hello,

I have seen many Bazi website stating that restaurant falls under fire element. I am surprise that Geomancy.net is the only expert stating that it is wood element. May I know the reason?

Thank you so much."

These are the considerations:-
1. Frankly don't always follow the Jones. Much likea flockof sheeps... For example, If one sheep decides to jump down a cliff, all others simply follow the sheep in-front of them.
2. In the past, a cook is a cook. And a cook, would often man the "fire" in the kitchen. So if all otherbazi website says the same thing they must be correct right?
3. But, look, here, we are talking about a restaurant not JUST the cook that cooks say in a kitchen where there is fire.
4. A good restaurant is not just creating food. But rather, an excellent restaurant; is one that CREATES not only good food but presentable food.
5. For example, look at the French fare; a French Chef is also about presentation and making sure that he/she has created an excellent meal.
6. To create is a form of art.
7. For those who has studied Marketing; I am sure that you know the distinction between a salesman and a marketer,
8. Nowadays, many healthy food need not go thru the fire. For example, how many of us have eaten the Japanese Sushi or Sashimi?
9. Thus, if one is talking strictly about the job specifications of most cooks; then one could say that predominantly some of them are just hands on cooks.
10. While in a restaurant; a head chef often, is like a symphony conductor. If we see many of those Gordon Ramsay's shows; we will see him "shouting" out commands to his cooks and sous chief; and usually the head chef of a fine restaurant would check on the QUALITY of food getting out of the restaurant.
11. Therefore, why be surpised to learn that Geomany.net is the only one that categories "restaurant" as wood element. Don't just go for superficial thinking...
12. Again if you have studied Marketing ; it should not be equated just with sales or a salesperson type of job. But unfortunately, many still think that a restaurant is to them: without much imagintation, a place where someone spents time in a kitchen cooking - that's all.
13. A good and successful restaurant is more than just the "cooks in a kichen".
14. Thus, this is the rationale why, I classify restaurants as belonging to the wood element.
15. Ask any Chef that was awarded various Michelin stars; most of them have good skills: presentation of food; and they GROW the restaurant(s) under them.
16. Many Chefs are proud of their profession and a restaurant is just a interface where collectively, any owner of a restaurant would like their business to grow....

Under the field of Strategic Management; please note that we can classify:-
1. Industry analysis
2. Within the Industry
Thus, the industry is "restaurant" business
While within the industry are the various componets or key personnels: ranging from cooks,Chefs, Sous Chef, Head Chef, Manager of Restaurant and even waiter / waitress etc...
And a restaurant is suppose to GROW as well as provide Quality foodin a good ambience as well as fresh and clean environment.
While looking at it from a different angle; In Singapore, is there a differencefor a customer stepping into a restaurant vssay asometimes hothawker centre?
