Dear Master Cecil,
Thanks for setting this forum for us to enquire on the FS doubts.
After I found by condo unit "centre of gravity" I have drawn my layout into pie chart. As shown in the attached picture, my kitchen is between North and NW (Fire at the heaven gate) sector .
Appreciate you can advise which sector is the actual location of my kitchen belong to?
Thank you very much.

This type of layout reminds me of the going to TOP (Clover at Bishan)

However, as you did not provide the full or complete layout; how to help you find confirm center of gravity as this has a bearing on the sector. In addition; assuming you plotted the cardinal lines correctly, also.

These are some considerations:
1. Unclear about where is the CARDINAL point of each sector. For example; if the reddish line is suppose to be each of the cardinal point. And if so, the stove could be exactly on NORTH. If so, then this is great!
2. If the CARDINAL point falls within TWO reddish lines than the current stove is at the fringe of say the NW sector.
2.1 Para 1 would be great. While Para 2, the good news is that the stove is not directly along the dreaded NW cardinal point. This would be worse off than the stove along the fringe or border between North - NW sector.
2.2 Therefore, it makes lots of difference between Para1 and 2 in this "not so clear-cut setting". Although for such layouts; a pie chart is far more superior than the 9 square grid plotting.

Thanks Master Cecil for your kind input.
I've applied the pie chart onto the layout as shown in the attached, and found the red line 'B' is on NW3 (337 deg), in this case the pie from 'A' to 'B' is N1 and 'B' to 'C' is NW3.
Hence the two hobs are in N1 sector and 1 hob in NW3 sector, can I still consider the stove in North sector which is "FU WEI" ?
Sorry for my ignorant and hope you can enlighten me more on this. Thank you very much.

Apologies, frankly, I had opened your image for viewing three times... including just now.
The resolution of the compass markings were very hazy i.e. very poor resolution.
It is similar to such a caricature....
Please post a better resolution...

1. The good news is that the stove is at the fringe of the NW and not directly at the NW cardinal point. This is a plus point.
2. There seems to be an opening in-front of the wash basin. While equally there is a large opening at NW area. This is to determine which qi has the strongest influence rather than be nic-picky over whether the stove lies at North or NW.

Your kitchen comes under two main sectors North and North-West.
Simply, in plain English: which would deem as having the highest influence on that sector; that's all.

Dear Mr Cecil, thank you so
much for ur enlightenment.
Will u further explain what is
strong or weak 'qi' in the
kitchen ? Do u mean the 'qi'
in the kitchen sector itself
or the 'qi' from dining room
sector or the 'qi' from the
owner ? Thanks.
