Due to the Lock-down, I have now time to totally revamp this resource. After spending several days to re-do this resource.  Cecil Lee, April 2020

Non-Religious Chinese Customs for New / Re-Sale Home

1. This is a Comprehensive, Step-by-Step Guide to First Time Open Door, Start of Renovations and Move-in.

2. Sample Extracts from this booklet:

3. It is available F.O.C. to all our Feng Shui clients.

4.1. As mentioned in the title this has more to do with our Chinese Customs. (And this is simply not Feng Shui.)

4.2. Similar to Chinese celebrating our Chinese New Year. Thus is more of a tradition of celebrating a joyous occassion.

4.3. This book combines all the best practices of many Chinese dialect groups: Hokkiens, Teochews, Cantonese, Hainanese etc..

4.4. To sum up: This is Nice-to-do. Not a Must-do.

5. What is the key idea behind the procedures?

5.1. Depositing Wealth into our home + doing it happily for "Peace of Mind".

6. For Non-clients, this is the booklet:-
