Hi there,

know hoe to determine the "liu
yue and ri" (month, day or
even hour)? Any advice?

That section of the Flying Star is pretty complex because each of the month, day, hour has different condition it must fulfill. Such as which month in which they fall under. And if you are doing the analysis for the male or female personal flying star, the gender say male goes in ascending order and female in descending order.
There are also one set of calculation based on Xia, and another for the lunar. So each has a slightly different for determinining the month, day, hour, minute and second.
Normally, very few use this for house, as they normally go until month should be sufficient. The detail analysis after that is normally for personal flying star which you can use to predict the day and hour which you should get married, finding lost person, etc.
One reason is because it is not feasible to be changing your cures for the house every day, every hour, and every minute right?
So normally these calculation are applied as a form of determining auspicious day and time. For personal calculation usually.
Warmest Regards
Robert Lee
