Further comments:
This report was first devised specifically for our own use particuarly to find good houses/apartments fast.
In Singapore, new housing developments get `snapped' up very fast just within a few hours or a day.
When Robert first wrote this report, we were at that time looking for a `choice' unit for our elder brother in a new development.
Initially, as this is an early launch, he brought along his notebook. This report was generated first and it helped us to greatly narrow down the `choice' units.
After which, within a matter of minutes, we focused on one or two units that suited him. Next, we generated the Flying Star House Report.
Immediately after analysing and deciding on a unit, he managed to book the unit.
This is the unit that was mentioned in the Photo Tours under the apartment known as The Sterling Condominium.
Recently, he moved in to this unit and he felt happy about it. Overall, he was equally fortunate as the overall unit is bright. Contrast this with the other units that has this dark feeling.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil

Case Study Example for Finding a Good House.
Question
========
I want to purchase a home which has a good Feng Shui and suits me. How to choose a house which is suitable for me?
Example
=======
Breadwinner: Samuel Richard Samuel Richard (Male - 06 Mar 1970)
The year the house to purchase will be completed: 1910
Answer
======
.............................................
1. What do I need to know?
a. The breadwinner's personal info (Name, Gender, Date of Birth & Hour of Birth if known)
b. The year the house you wish to purchase will be completed (eg. 1910).
.............................................
2. Generating the Report
Generate the find a good house report using the above details, leaving the Main Door direction as any direction.
.............................................
3. Reading the Report
Using example report generated. Assuming this is the report for the finding a good house.
URL: http://www.geomancy.net/example/house/find_good_house.htm
- Look at the summarized table located at the end of the report.
- Look under "Excellent House".
You will noticed that:-
N1 (345) , E1 (75) , E2 (90) , E3 (105) , SE2 (135) , SE3 (150) , S2 (180) , S3 (195) , W1 (255) , W2 (270) , W3 (285) , NW1 (300)
These are the 12 main door directions which are identified to be having an extremely good main door direction.
For example S2 (180). Given this is a period 3 house, thus double 3 is an extremely auspicious stars to have for your main door.
In Feng Shui, especially the Flying Star theory, having a house with a very auspicious combination is the way to ensuring a very good house to stay in.
Furthermore, this report analyses the section in relation to your Personal Birth Element and Eight House, thus finding a most suitable house for the breadwinner.
Knowing the 12 main door direction, Samuel Richard can now hunt for houses with a house layout which falls into any of the listed main door direction.
For example Samuel Richard found a house which is E3 (105), you can refer to the detailed section to see what how auspicious the main door is.
This report can be used with the Eight House & flying star report to see if the bedroom location for the various family member is suitable. Once everything checks out, this means that Samuel Richard has found a Feng Shui Friendly house to him and his family member.
.............................................
4. Final Results
In this example, our advice to Samuel Richard when hunting for his feng shui friendly home, is to choose a layout which has the main door in any of the 12 main door direction (eg. S2 180).
.............................................
Well, isn't it simple?
If not, the normal way & tedious way to finding a good house is to generate 24 different Flying Star report for that particular period (eg. period 3). Or after obtain a layout for a home you quite like and do a Flying Star for the house only to find that it does not suit you etc.
Also, sometimes the key is to be able to make quick decision otherwise the house may be purchase by someone else. So using this report helps you do exactly that. Giving you the knowledge of which house suits you way while you are hunting for a home. This makes it easier for you to identify the best home for you.
.............................................
Hope that this case study helps you understand how to make use of this report better.
