Renting of a home

Dear Cecil,
My brother is considering to rent a house which is under renovation. My brother was born in 1972 (rat & strong water). The house is facing East(76). There are a clear space in the front and tall coconut trees (much
taller than the house) at the back yard plus a mountain far in the background. It is a 3 story building with one basement (total: 4 floors). Please notice the basement because the land the building sits on is actually
lower than the street. The land is sloping from the front to the back. However, the front door is located on the first floor which is at the same level with the front street. It has a beautiful scenery from the top floor.
The landlord used to stay there. He and his family have many properties and and. The reason he moved out is the third floor of the house was burnt. This is the description of the interior. There is a toilet in the middle back of the house (leak?). A small stairs on the second floor to the third floor is located above the front door (1st floor).
As you said many times, East is a bad sector during periode 7. And the house is under renovation. Do you agree if I suggest my brother to change the periode of the house to periode 8? According to Find a Good House report,
under periode 8 the stars are 8 6 8. East is a good direction for him and the house belongs to one of his favorable element.
What do you think about this house?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Wasis

Dear Wasis,
1. I would agree that since Period 8 is round the corner, a few more months to go (Jan 2004); it is better to complete the home under Period 8. Since the mouth of the home east under Period 7 is not exactly too good.
2. Frankly, my attention spell reading too many text is not too good. Perhaps, getting too old or have a habit to read between the lines. So please take caution of what I say under this Paragraph. (Unless some pictures) are attached.

3. Please find attached rough-sketch illustration that I had drawn.

It was a waste that I did not keep a copy of an original home with this type of layout.
This was because, if I am not mistaken, 3 years ago, this person, wrote-in for help with this type of layout configuration (see attachment). He was plagued with lots (and lots of problems).
One look at this type of layout plan and, one would get the picture (symboically - very inauspicious).
I do hope that your brother is not going to stay in something like this. I hope not.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil

So, what should one do to change the birth chart of the house? Is it enough
just repainting the ceiling during periode 8, considering the renovation is
done during Periode 7?

Yes, the illustration is similar to my description.

What kind of problems would happen?

I've told my brother that the lay out is inauspicious. However, he argued
that he had consulted with a trustworthy psychic that the land was very
auspicious. He added that most houses at the same side of the street have
the same characteristic (lower than the street with basement) and many rich
landlords stays there. The left neighbour has the same interior and exterior
design because they're semi-detached houses. The left owner stays there too
and is very rich. It looks like there is a river nearby "hug" the location.
All I can do for him is suggest not to rent too long.
Thanks in advance.

Wasis
