myfs_97998
Dear Master Cecil:Could you please help us with two questions:1) Our house is a Combination of 10 (Period 6 Facing Jia E1). What kind of external and internal support should we have in order to activate its auspiciousness?2) Our auspicious #8 mountain star is residing in the central palace. We have no way of giving it external mountain support in the middle of the house. Can we support it internally somehow?Grateful for your help.Nhan
Staff Cecil Lee Posted November 13, 2003 Staff Share Posted November 13, 2003 Dear Nhan,Please see below:-For those who are not aware, the sum-of-ten is for example:mountain star #5 and base star #5. Here, these two add up to a sum-of-ten.In such a senario, if properly used, can help to enhance Man Luck (Human and Relationship and Health Luck). For the effectiveness in the sum-of-ten, the most effective are:Earth shaped or rectangular shaped home or try to have your home as `rectangular' as possible. In the living / dining area if it is L shaped, try to have it as rectangular e.g. a partition or screen.2) Our Quote auspicious #8 mountain star isresiding in the centralpalace. Even with a #8 mountain star at the centre: some school of thought is to have a `mountain' perhaps in the form of a cabinet or storeroom. Here, since the centrepoint is the `flux' location, best to leave it clear space. In fact, the most advantages for a sum-of-ten actually is similar to the Shapes and Forms Feng Shui of making each unit of the room as rectangular as possible and allow clear space at the centre area or the `flux'.Frankly, I have not looked at the association of #8 mountain with the interaction of the base number or water number. Here, these two other numbers has to be looked at in combination with #8. As #8 mountain cannot be looked at in isolation.Warmest Regards,Cecil
