cure for bathroom at frontage of the house?

Dear Cecil:

First I want to thank you very much for your speedy response to my previous question.

According to your response to one member, you said it's not auspicious to have bathroom in the frontage of the house and it's considered a "leak". Well, our house has the half-bathroom in the front of the house too. It's not right next to the front door, there is 2.5 feet of wall between the front door and the half-bathroom door (please see attached file). Anyhow, it's in the frontage of the house. Since we don't use it much and its door is closed most of the time, and nowI learn that it's not good to have a frontage bathroom,I'm thinking about turning it into a sewing room for my wife. Will this change alter the luck of the feng shui for our house? Secondly, will it also change the period of the house?

Dear AC,

1. As mentioned in my previous message, it is generally considered as a leak i.e. especially if the WC /sewerage line is found at the frontage toilet. But if the toilet has a half-bathroom i.e. generally only for bathing or shower, and no WC, then, it is a non-issue.

2. Be-careful of where the Grand Duke location is and also the 2nd direction of where not to renovate the home during this lunar year of the monkey:

Do check that the renovation works should not be carried out at either:

1. West-South-West at 240 degrees
2. South

If you are doing the renovation works for next Rooster Year 2005, then these locations are taboo:-

A. West at 270 degrees or
B. East

Therefore, do check that the reno does not clash with any of the above.

If the renovations is only at this half-bathroom, No, in my opinion, your home would not be able to fly to Period 8.

However, for a landed property, do check out past postings on how one can fly a home to Period 8. If you are trying to Fly to Period 8, do make sure first that it is or will be advantages to do so.
