Moving into a 7 cycle house

Moving into a 7 cycle house (built in 1995). The house will be empty, prior to our move for 4 to 6 months. A new roof, new floors, new paint, and changes in the staircase shape will be made, as well as new appliances and partially new kitchen. My gua is 8 and my wife 7. I consider the house will be an 8, assuming all the changes being made, am I correct?. The door is in the NE sector, but faces only 18 to 20 degrees N. In spite of this, I went for the deal. Excellent "chi" sensed in place. Apreciate any opinions. Thanks.

Hi Seco,

Congratulations on your new home

Yes, if all the changes are done for this period 7 house, it should change it to a period 8. To further make the change effective, you should hold like a house warming party to help make ensure that the house is changed to a period 8 house instead of retaining the period 7 influence.

Hope that helps.
