The Best Date to Move in to a Newly Build House

Dear Feng Shui Master,

My wife and I buildingnew house this July. It shall be ready by Late November 2005. What is the best date for us to move into our new home?

My Wife is born on May 1975

and I was born on August 1967

Our new home is facing West.
