On Going Business till I know about Feng Shui

Hi Master,
My friends and I have started a design studio dealing with Interior, graphics and web design.
I have checked and found out the elements of us to be:
Vince: Strong Yang Fire.
Focus: Weak Yin Fire.
Max: Weak Yang Wood.
Baozhu: Strong Yang Wood.
Its seems that we are opposing one another. Pse advise on any actions I can take to make our office a better working environment? Thanks for your enlightenment.

Actually, it is not exactly opposing each other.

Vince and Focus if paired as a pair will help to balance the other's fire.

While Max and Baozhu if paired will help to balance each other's wood.

Together wood helps to fuel fire. So either if you have Water to form Water-

Fire-
Earth element. That will be bring harmony as it will form a harmonious five element flow.

Design studio is Interior and graphic design which is more Water element. So you already have water- wood-
fire. So if you can add Earth or Metal you can have all five elements in to create perfect harmony.
