Dear Robert and Cecil, I am new to this and may have inadvertantly sent you a duplicate whilst trying to edit the original message. My apologies! I wonder if you could help in any way. Our house is NE 2 facing, SW 2 sittingand is a period 8 house. I noticed that the 2010 flying stars occupy the same grids as the natal stars of our house. That is #1 has flown to grid 1 (W), #2 to grid 2 (NE), #3 to grid 3 (S), #4 to grid 4 (N), #5 to grid 5 (SW), #6 to grid 6 (E), #7 to grid 7 (SE), #8 to grid 8 (Centre), #9 to grid 9 (NW). What implications does this have for us ? Does it mean "double trouble " ? My husband ( kua 3 ) and I (kua 9 ) are East people and we are living i…

Well the reason I changed my room around was because I wasnt sleeping very well and had bought a double bed and the headboard was up against the window. I have now moved it back to this position and within the last 48 hours have had worse luck than ever. Kind regards.

Respected Master Lee, We have a house facing North (it may be a few degrees towards West). Please see a rough layout below. We are looking to expand Bed2 and Bed3 towards North by 5 feet (currently there's porch there which we want to move inside by moving the walls). SOUTH ============================ | | | | | Bed 1 | | Living Room | | | -------------------- | | | | | | | Bed | Bed | | | | 2 | 3 | East | Kitchen | ================ WEST | | | ==========| | | | | | Garage | | | | | =========== NORTH =================================================== ROAD =================================================== A Que…

These are some considerations: 1. There are no cures for facing a good or bad direction. Why? Commonsense says that you either face a good direction or not. There is no if's or but's, here. 2. Are there known cures available for this theory of good directions? Check out this link:The Three-Step-Approach 3. You have to apply other concepts like the Flying Star etc.. to try and maximise luck from elsewhere....

1. If you are referring to a fixed template that is suppose to be super-imposed onto a layout plan; where e.g. North = career, SW = romance etc... then this is a modern invention. 2. This modern invention originated in Taiwan around the 1980's. 3. Traditional Feng Shui does not use such a model. 4. Best to expand your studies or research elsewhere.

Dear Master Cecil, You mentioned that the correct method to find a suitable house is using the Personal Element thru Bazi Life Reading but I notice that most of yourSample Report is usingKua Number. Why ????Correct me if I amwrong. What Package should I take if my family consists of 5 people - Myself, My Mother (aged 67), my Husband and my 2 Daughters (aged 9 and 12) ? Do I need to know my daughters future house hunting option now ? Thank you for your kind guidance. Regards

Thanks for the illustrations. In my opinion, it looks OK as it is upright without another secondary roof to make it horizontal. And furthermore, the "UP" profile of the house is not duly affected by the turbines as shown in your illustration. Chimneys also protrude and they even have an "opening" at the top. Thus, in my opinion, a no issue interms of Shapes and Forms and/or symbolism in Feng Shui. And the plus point is that it can help circulate qi properly in the home = excellent!

Hi , master Cecil!We have the opportunity to build a new home that is either face NE or SW. Problem is, my husband and i are both East (4 & 9) group. What can we do? Which would be better for us? Also, as I am trying to practice and apply remedies to our current home, I get confused as to which one should take precedence or which one should I give more weight, the annual stars or the natal chart of the house? v>Thank you and I look forward to reading your sage advice.

1. Please refer to another similar thread:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=27373&new= 2. It relates to "Commonsense-Feng Shui". The most obivious is to have a neat and tidy kitchen cum service yard area. And perhaps, some door as another user wanted to install in the above thread. 3. Commonsense dictate that in most situations; it is highly unlikely or impractical for a home owner to close the door be ita sliding or swinging door most of the time. However, in the event that one has guests, then; one could easily close this door. Especially in a practical world, one still has to hang clothes unless one uses a washing machine c…

Anonymous wrote: Hi, 1) My flat main dooris facing the kitchen entrance. Heard that this not good. We intend to install a door. Does a wooden frame with glass door or an aluminium frame with acrylic door makes any difference? 1. In my opinion, it makes no difference between a wooden - with glass or aluminium frame with acrylic door. Anonymous wrote: 2) Also the dining area is just beside the main entrance. Is it advisable to put our dining table just beside the Main entrance? 2. Frankly, this has more to do with commonsense, then Feng Shui. 2.1. It has to do with "first impressions". For example, it (the dining table) would be the first time a guest would see whe…

Sir, Our house will be constructed this April 2010. Lot is facing NE. I heard that house construction for properties facing NE must be avoided. If it is unavoidable, is there any cure? Thank you so much. Agnes

These are some considerations:- 1. The Key success factor is First Choice: based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. And critically, for a bedroom, one has to visualise how qi flow and where is the dead qi of a bedroom. 1.1. For example; please see attachment. The areas marked in RED are considered as Dead Qi area. Where assuming that without turning on the air-con to circulate in bedrooms: Master Bedroom, Bedroom 2 and or Bedroom 3; these areas highlighted in RED is not favourable for the bed-head to be placed close to such areas. 1.2. Such areas are ideally locations for wardrope. Unless as mentioned under Para 1.1. if an air-con is turned on all the time; then there …

These are some of the considerations:- 1. Based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, your bed layout is in-line with the shape of the interior in relation to the walls, bed-head area; windows and main door. Thus this is generally a good layout plan. 2. At 5th storeys high there is no major concern of sha qi from the physical point of view. At ground floor; the concern has more to do with "wandering vehicles" i.e. vehicles that could "slam" into the buidling e.g. road accident or high speed out of control vehicles. 3. Thus, strictly from the Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, a gentle curved window seems "majestic" and makes the entire home bright from both sides i.e. large facing d…

Further to what I had mentioned,thereare some other considerations:- 1. In theory, certain elements can be used to either enhance or neutralise a sector. 2. For inauspicious sector(s); the "ideal academic" cure is to completely neutralise the bad or bad elements # in a specific sector. 3. While in some instances, we can not only neutralise but enhance that sector or again the key is the balance in a sector. 4. The rationale why, I don't really want to go thru each and every detail of such postings.. for example, you had written down certain assumptions; there is really no end to the number of configurations be it thru the productive or destructive cycle. 5. In …

1. Graphic illustration of best working direction based on the Eight House can be found under this url link:- http://www.geomancy.net/reports/reports-list/perlist-workposition.htm However, this Eight House or Gua 1 (thing) is considere NICE-to have and not a MUST-have. Anonymous wrote: HI , I am seated at the NW corner of my office , i am facing the window and my back is directly facing the door . 2. Your above statement is a concern under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. 3. Between Para 1; Eight House and Para 2; Shapes and Forms prevail over the Eight House concept. Here, under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui; it is not favourable to seat with your back directly facing t…

These are some considerations:- 1. You can generate the Eight House report to check on How suitable this house is to usually the male breadwinner under this Free link:- http://www.geomancy.net/reports/reports-list/perlist-suitablehouse.htm 2. For DIY, frankly, you have to do more reading and if possible apply both the Shapes and Forms Feng Shui as well as the Flying Star Feng Shui.

Wee L. wrote: Thank you for your reply, I supposed it's my birth chart then. So you should combine these 2 birth charts to determine the best directions in the house, right? 1. If one has the time, check out this link: Eight House or Flying Star 2. If one has even more time, can also go thru these links:- 2.1 It is best to research and make sure that one fully understands a concept:- 2.1.1 The Three-Step-Approach 2.2.1 Flying Star Feng Shui as a Diagnostic Tool
