1. As mentioned, previously, no two homes or apartments are similar. Have a client who had moved in around the TOP period (2006). In fact, last year, they are looking at bigger premises - landed property. Thus, I believe that in general, some of the owners of units are doing well. 2. In the past, early 1960's I used to follow my dad to the Singapore Gun Club where he is a member, there. 1. From a Ba zi, perspective, make sure that the person is not a Strong Water person or a weak fire person as a water position placed wrongly in a home is considered inauspicious. 2. A water position, placed wrongly can also affect health and family relationships i.e. under Flying Star, if it is placed in a mountain star #8 location. 3. 1. Based on the Flying Star chart that; there is a water star #8 (current water wealth star) at the frontage. And it is good to consider a water position to activate the water star for better career and general luck. 2. In general, the home should enjoy good Feng Shui. I have 3 friends stay at the property name called 'The Rivervale' 1 facing punggol park, 1 facing the temple and another one is facing the Swimming pool. The husband staying at the one facing punggol park and temple died at mid age (around 43) and the one facing swimming pool is alway sick. Any big problem of the Feng Shui there, anyway can solve? 1. This is a true story: 1.1 Hong Kong Shanghai Bank (HSBC) buiding in Hong Kong was built, first. 1.2 Bank of China's (BOC) building came later. 1. Contrary to popular belief, please take note that a closed fridge is considered as belonging to the metal element. 2. Thus, for those who wish to have more metal in the kitchen may consider a bigger fridge. Thus it is acceptable to have the fridge face a stove in many instances. While trying to avoid the basin (washing tap) facing the stove. This is no good.
