1. This is a true story: 1.1 Hong Kong Shanghai Bank (HSBC) buiding in Hong Kong was built, first. 1.2 Bank of China's (BOC) building came later. And it is shaped like a Chinese sword. 1.3 To counteract this, HSBC bank shaped it's helicopter pad in the form of a cannon aimed back towards BOC. 1.4 To make the story short, later on, the Cheung Kong center placed two18th century cannons (or twin cannons) against another building. 2. So you want to place a cannon? Even if it is an ornamental cannon, avoid facing inwards of a home. At best, it should be aimed out of the home. If your home has a balcony than "like a goal keeper" aim it out or clear of the home!

1. If one wants to play safe, one can always readily purchase a Feng Shui ruler to try to work out favourable measurements as much as one can. 2. In most countries, the kitchen cabinet width is always 2 feet. 2 feet is an auspicious measurement. And because of our size and height, many of the height of the stove range between 34 inches to 35 inches. In fact, in the past, the stove is approximately 34 inches in height and the sink (is suppose to be higher) at

1. Contrary to popular belief, please take note that a closed fridge is considered as belonging to the metal element. 2. Thus, for those who wish to have more metal in the kitchen may consider a bigger fridge. Thus it is acceptable to have the fridge face a stove in many instances. While trying to avoid the basin (washing tap) facing the stove. This is no good.

It is recommended that oneshould be convinced or at least find out which is more accurate. With this, discard the reading that was done differently. 1. Please note that many of the concepts umder the Eight House are considered "Nice-to-have" (NTH) and not a "Must-have" (MH). 2. Under this concept:- First Choice:It is NTH a person "placed" in a good sector of a home. And it is even better if the person can say study facing their good direction. 3. One has to be realistic, if - especially because of the layout of the room, one cannot sit and study facing one's good direction: this is considered as "JTB". 4. What is JTB? Just too bad! (full stop) There is nothing else under this concept that can be used or worked. Apply other concepts like: harmonising her bedroom with her ba zi colours, checking the Flying Stars .…

I am sure, it does not hurt your fingers to do a SEARCH for each of the above. However, if you are too .... lazy to do so, then, I have summarised it below:- 1.1. 3 Killings As it says! Three persons stand facing each other and try to kill each other. The person left standing wins the award known as: THREE KILLINGS award. 1.2. Five Yellow This is based on some call it "Karma". Where, you hand 5 yellow ribbons to each of your friends. And make sure that each ribbon has a profile of a convicted person who had done some serio…

1. All wind chimes that are used in Feng Shui are generally:- 1.1. No fancyful colours. They are either copper plated or bronze plated ones. 1.2. They should often be 6 hollow rods - not solid rods. 1.3. They can also be two materials e.g. wooden roof supporting the rods with a wooden clinger. 2. Where to place it? 2.1. By feel or trial and error. If you are not into using proper Feng Shui tools to analyse a home, then you simply to go by feel or trial and error. 2.2. Only after doing a proper analysis, the Feng Shui master or even a DIY person, would then see if it is feasible to place a wind chime. Your question is just like: - You: (You walk into an A and E 2…

1. Frankly, cleansing varies with different cultures. And races. 2. In the Far East, most people who consider themselves down with luck, often "flower bathe" themselves instead of cleansing the home:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=16295&new= 3. Again, the above "cleansing ritual" may not appeal to people outside of the Far East. 4. In the Far East (especially Singapore, Malaysia, Borneo, Sarawak and Thailand), "cleansing" a home means that the home is "dirty" (some felt that some evil entity stays) in the home. 5. However, I believe, you meant that your house is "clean" but you are purely out of luck, that's all.

Quote: Do you still recommend living in this bedroom? It seems all the bad stars are in this bedroom. Would appreciate your help. Thanks in advance. 1. This question reminds me of the concept " We stay here, you don't". "We" meaning the owners and family members of a home. And "You"often meaning the person who gives the advice". 2. For those practising Feng Shui whether professionally or non-professionally, should give advice based on as much facts as possible. 3. For example, in the above, what happens if this is your onlyw bedroom or no matter how, a family member have to occupy this bedroom. Otherwise, end up sleeping in the living room couch or bath-tub. 4. For …

1. Please note that some sectors may be considered protusions and may not be missing corners depending on how one interprets more "complex" layout plans. 2. Usually, for a very important missing corner e.g. such as missing corner at NW (male breadwinner), one of the most common methods is the use of a "plain" concave mirror (as shown) in this url link below:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=19&mid=10393&new= 3. Usually, mirrors inside the home is used to extend the look of the interior (making it look bigger). Thus not all walls is suitable for the mirror. Another common area of placing a mirror is next to the dining table. It would…

1. In general, without looking further into other various concepts:- 1.1. Usually the safer kitchen colours should often be: a. The cabinets: natural wood (can range from teak, maple wood, pine wood, rose wood, darker - hard wood and other wood - wood tone colours). Generally, any range of brown colours. b. Many modern cabinets in the kitchen can also be "metallic" colour tone e.g. silver. And also white. This range of metallic colours are OK for the kitchen. 1.2. Many years back e.g. in the 1970's some homes use green laminated or greenish cabinet colours. This is also OK. 1.3 I mentioned kitchen cabinets as generally in most kitchens, these cabinets account for th…

1. So sorry, is there any specific history we do not know about this bus number 14? 2. If there is no "unfortunate history", then in my opinion, there should not be a major concern in taking this bus all the time.

1. More importantly, it is best that your stove in the kitchen has been set up and ready to be used on the first day of move-in. 2. The common procedures for the Chinese (Move-in) procedure can be found under this link:- info.geomancy.net Quote: Can i buy a gas tong before move into new house? Where is the wealth position located? Please advise. 1. Generally, it is acceptable to buy a gas tong. Often as mentioned above, it is best to use the primary stove i.e. mounted in the kitchen. 2. There are many different types of wealth position. Under Flying star, try to check where is your mountain star #8 and water star #8. These are suppose to be your current wealth locat…

thank you for replying to my question. i deeply appreciate it. if you can assist me a little more. i am thinking of extending the bathroom to a walk-in closet or Dressing room, so that when you walk-out of the bathroom, it is the closet of clothes that you will be in.. however, this would mean that the back wall of the closet would be the wallof mybed's headboard. and the door going to the walk-in closet would be in the same wall as my bed's headboard. will this be helpful or worse? in summary: Plan 1: to install a closet door on the entry way to cover the bathroom door, to make it look like a closet instead of an opening. Plan 2: as you walk-out the bathroo…

1. Please take note that the "Pi Yao" is a modern commercial product. And such products appear in abundance only after the mid 1980's. 2. Many Geomancers, are not shameful, in promoting commercial products, as these brings in the bulk of their "ill gotten" gains. Some Geomaners even preach.... during their audit sessions: " You have to place this specific painting, here". 3. You might ask: "Where do I get this painting." 4. The geomancer say: "Come to my shop." 5. For the individual,THREE key concepts should be considered:- 5.1. CONCEPT 1: Under the Compass School of Feng Shui, the Eight House (East/West group) applies. The question asked is " Does the compass cha…

Quote: 1) What is the Wealth Element & Colour? 1. Please refer to the link, below:- http://www.geomancy.net/talknotes/talknotes.htm 1.1 Under the Five elements concept, there is a cycle known as: "Destructive cycle". 1.2 Literally, it is known as the "destructive cycle" because, taking an example: 2. In the "destructive cycle diagram" , "Wood destroys earth". 3. Just imagine a large tree (strong wood) with it's roots digging into the earth to get nourishment. 4. Thus, we can also say that the Wood (tree) draws wealth from the earth. 5. For a strong metalperson, again in the "destructive cycle",metal destroys wood e.g. a block of wood costs $4, but if you a…

1. This is not a free service. 2. You can view our link, below for such a service:- http://www.geomancy.net/products/po-dates/po-dates-caesarian-operation.htm 3. In general, if you were to approach a Geomancer for such a service,TWO important variables (or fields)must be known:- 3.1 Baby's sex (male or female) 3.2Your doctor's recommended dates for the caesarian operation (Two weeks range) 4. Optional:- Parents (and or siblings) date and time of birth 5. Para 3 is very important to select a good birth date. And it really does matter whether the child is a male or female as this will have an impact on the date and time there (are) born. 6. While para 4 is meant to…

1. Under the Eight House (East/West Group) the best that can be done, here is:- http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Master_Bedroom:_Which_side_must_I_sleep_on 2. Otherwise, leave it. As under Eight House concept, there is very limited "cure" for this concept. A holistic approach to Feng Shui is different, it looks into this concept, plus Flying Star, plus Shapes and Forms of the bedroom.

Quote: Aloysius C. wrote: I uses to face WEST direction in my work place which is my ShengChi direction. But this year STAR 2 the illnes star is in WEST direction can I still continue to face WEST or should I change direction to face SouthWest where STAR 6 located. From what I read, your work place seems to in a specific room or location. But if you are in the same location (no change), then flying star should be considered in that sector. And not where you face. For example, if you are seating in the West sector, and you can move to the South-West sector, then fine; you can actually if possible, still sit at SW facing West. It is not like "West is the #2 sector". And t…
