Dear Shifu, I realised that my main door faces the windows. Should I cover the windows completely to avoid loss of qi or the windows could remain closed?

Hi Master, i am considering buying a house with the attached layout. I noticed the main door seems to be facing the master bedroom door which is not good? If the bedroom door is always closed, will that still be a concern? It has a private lift. While the main door does not face the lift, it is perpendicular to it. Is that a concern? Appreciate your kind advice.

Dear Cecil, According to the Flying Star for the East frontage house, you have two proposed solutions: 1) Make use of Fire to destroy and control Metal (this means I should paint my front door RED) 2) Make use of Metal to destroy and control Wood (this means I should paint my front door WHITE) So what color should I paint my front door? Red or White? (FYI, I'm a Strong Water, and I have Zero Fire in my element chart. So probably Red is a better choice. What do you think? Many THANKS in advance to you. Hoa

Can I transfer money via Money Gram or Western Union? Reply: Our preferred mode of payment for international clients is still paypal.com since the paypal account is already setup for use and most clients generally do already have a paypal account. However, if for some reason you can't make a payment using paypal. Then we can still accept Western Union, as we did ever use that one or twice before about 10-15 years ago. Hi Master, I am helping my buyer to source for a landed house with his ideal land form of FS, he listed the main criteria that must have LDRT (left dragon white tiger 左青龙右白虎，前朱雀后玄武)Where the the dragon must be higher than the tiger, and there must be a ming tang 明堂 in front and kao shan 靠山 at the back. Hi Master Lee Appreciate if you can advise on the following: The DB cabinet is placed in a way that cuts into the walk way from the main entrance as seen in the picture below and this DB cabinet cannot be moved. Is there any concern with this? Will it help if a curved cabinet is placed next to the DB cabinet to lessen the appearance of a sharp edge? Thank you!

Hi Master Cecil I am looking to purchase Castle Green and there is one unit for sale with 2 of their bedrooms facing the MRT track and being on the same level is that okay (blue arrow is facing of the 2 bedrooms to the track) The living and master bedroom room also faces an opening where you can see the basement car park (drawn in green arrow, white portion is the opening of the basement car park) Thank you!

Hello, we intend to build our house this yeatlr (2021) and designed thenplan according with period 9 ( i know we are in P8 but we are so close to P9). Hi Master Lee, We are planning on buying a house. It is a nice neighborhood but the house is located on the exterior curve. It is also trapezoid in shape. Hi Master i went to get my reading with a geomancer & she advised that my fire element is weak. she said this will make it difficult for me to have children hence I need to increase my fire by buying a horse figurine (I did not buy, it’s $1888). Dear Master, Thank you for your free online tool to help us determine the move in date for a new house. My partner and I would like to move into our new house on 18 Mar 2021. Based on the Chinese 生肖，I’m Chicken and she’s Monkey. We are also both born in the year 1981. From the online tool, we don’t see 18 Mar as an auspicious date.
