Hi?First of all, I want to thank you for your work. It has helped me alot.I'd like to ask you about what plant is good to place at my far right sector of my studio apartment(seeing from the entrance as I enter). I was informed that is the love area in pakua theory. I had a plant there before but I replaced it with two red candles when there was monthly flying star 3, and never put any plant back there since. I have a wonderful loving relationship (not married yet so we don't live together) that's been over a year and I want to ask you which plant would be beneficial to place there in order to enhance our love/relationship. We had to delay our plan for me to move in to my …

I already asked for listening ears, but they kept telling me to just try and apply more! I went to career advisors, but nothing really is happening positively. I hope I can get a job in January. Can you do a proper analysis and review for me, so that I can find a job? I have no money to pay you. I do not have even bank or credit card yet. Or anyone who can guide me how to analyze my fengshui, so that I can do it even if it is just basic? Thank you very much for your reply and your help.

Dear Karen, 1. To the Chinese, a white tiger is particularly `inauspicious' or considered unlucky to see a white tiger especially one is gambling. In one legend, after 500 years, a certain tiger changed it's coat of fur and turned white. This is how we now call the West side of a buidling or house the " White Tiger ". If you have read the Four Symbolic Animals or Four Cosmic Animals concept at url: http://www.geomancy.net/fs/four.htm, you will notice that on the East is the " Green Dragon ". 2. Both the East (Green Dragon) and West (White Tiger) are often used by Feng Shui Masters to relate to Feng Shui enhancements of ch'i or for feng shui cures. East (Green Dragon) dom…

These are some considerations: 1. Many Feng Shui concepts originated from (simply) pure common sense. 2. Frankly, it is best to put on one's thinking cap... as to Why? some say it is inauspicious? 3. The chief concern is not so much of what you wrote. 3.1. Do you know that if one were to speculate left, right, centre and until the cows come home; one will not get a correct answer (if any). 4. Let me share with you the following:- 4.1. The main concern of a bedroom door facing a step of stairs if the bedroom door is very close to these steps. Thus even if the bedroom door open inwards into the bedroom, but if the stairs are too close; one may fall down. That's …

Dear Glyn, Please see below:- -----Original Message----- From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'free-advice' suppressed suppressed> Date: Tuesday, February 23, 1999 7:30 AM Subject: Devil's Gate There is an interesting short article I wrote on the Devil's main gate at: http://www.geomancy.net/fs/gate.htm It is not necessary as you have a large house and the trees are `proportionate' to the house. You can also check the type of leaves. Where best the trees at this area should preferably have `pointed' leaves rather than rounded leaves. I am more concerned with too many plants at the West or South West location as these are primarily YIN locations and too many pl…

Hi, I'm looking to purchase a new house with the following layout. The 1st floor is rented out to a medical clinic (with a primary care physician, a dentist and a physical therapist). The 2nd floor is the primary residence area. I was wondering if it is okay to live above a clinic? Also, is the feng shui of the overall house okay? Is the kitchen too close to the entrance, bedroom, or the center of the house?

Dear Chan, I1. I believe this concept leans towards modernity and common sense, particularly in a contemporary household where the kitchen, despite the abundance of electrical appliances, stands out as a crucial element, such as the stove. Therefore, the kitchen poses the highest risk of a fire starting. 2. It is common knowledge that in the event of a fire, it is likely to spread to the upper level, intensifying the heat on the ceiling shared with the floor above. 2.1. To mitigate this risk, it is advisable to either minimize cooking in the kitchen or ensure that all flammable items are stored safely. 2.2. Additionally, the installation of smoke detec…

Dear Oliver, Frankly, it is not a good idea. This is because, even when you want to place a pair of lions even at the gate of the home. It is preferred to use two friendly, plum and smiling face lions as opposed to fierce ones. It will definately look very awful to place two cross sword which symbolises an "X" just outside your bedroom window. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Dear Anon, 1. Hopefully, the red string does not stain or release red colour. Else simply rinse it with soap and water and leave it to dry. 2. In my opinion, although 3 represents wood and under the destructive process of Five elements concept: Metal destroy wood, often, this have very little success. It has more to do with `ren chai' or human luck. We want to believe in feeling lucky, that's all. Equivalent to the notion put to us by many Geomancers' that all of us have a wealth corner in a home. It is only to give us a sense of satifaction. For those who have watched Chinese period dramas or shows - and see the furniture arrangement, have anyone yet to see a show with…

Dear Anon, In my opinion, such products has more to do with "Human factors", than Earth Luck. Many of the products sold on the market are too commercialised to be of any use. It has all to do with the `mind'. Often, many people would buy such products, place it for a while (see that it does not work), chuck them aside. Before all these takes place, it seems to collect dust (first). Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Jason, Please read below:- Just the element representation in a shape or colour for personal cures will be sufficient. No the size does not matter, it is the shape and form that is of more importance. Anything represented by the element should be sufficient. Normally for personal cures, colours of clothing is the most appropriate. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Frankly, as Rome was not built in a day; D.I.Y. (do it yourself)Feng Shui is equally no one-night stand type of thing. If Feng Shui or fung sway is so easy.. then it would not be fung seoway already. If you are up to studying or understanding Feng Shui, you really need to... spent lots of effort learning it... Cheers!

These are some considerations: 1. Usually, rarely if any one looks at good dates especially for Hospital appointments. 2. Dear Master Lee; I'm interested in the application of feng shui for the house (interior & exterior) I've been visiting your web site and must tell you that it's exceptional on advise and information especially for the beginner. I'm moving into a wonderful house. It's being built for my husband and I. My questions are in regard to information that I've been reading about. I trust your response due to the fact that your experience is outstanding. I realize that we all have auspicious compass directions and some not so auspicious. In every home according to the compass we will have areas that aren't very good. How do I make the most out of the good areas and how do I c…

Dear Wasis, 1. Earlier, we had seen how Wood threat can be neutralised. 1.1 It is similar in concept to all other elements. For example, if there is a Fire threat:- Two methods can be used: Do you want to neutralise the threat using the Productive or Destructive cycle approach? 1.2 Method 1: (Productive cycle method) ============= Fire can be neutralised (balanced) by introducing Earth and Metal. Where, fire (threat) is used to produce earth. Since there is abundance of earth, earth is used to produce metal. Thus, this is a three element flow. 1.3 Method 2: (Destructive cycle approach) ============= This is similar to your earlier worry that the second element introduced…

Dear Maria, maria cutrona wrote: Thanks For the information! My kua number is 7. Does it make a difference if the lot # is 7? Since this is my address and I am a West person, and my house door will be facing the West. I am now planning to pick out a house plan using the feng shui and the information that is given to me by geomancy. As mentioned, one way to check suitability is whether is is your Kua number. If 7 is also your kua number, then I would say that it is a suitable number. Of course, there can be many other ways to determine auspicious number. I often, find that house number is nice to have a good one, but more importantly is the house that has to be good feng…
