Hi Penny / Master Cecil Thanks your interest. Looking at the whole block is also quite confusing as the lift lobby is facing South, looking out at a carpark, not very bright. When I try taking South as the facing, I go back to my unit, South is the kitchen area, quite dark (less sunlight comes in here) and looks more like the back than the front. Hence I have to seek advice from Master Cecil as to where is the actual facing. What happens if my facing is my neighbours' sitting direction as point block is a square, all 4 corners has a unit. Master Cecil, would greatly appreciate your advice. Best Regards Em free-advice Listmanager wrote: From: "Emily Ho" Dear Master Ce…

Dear Sonia, 1. In my view, and to be honest, a house number containing a 4 is not necessarily unfavorable. 2. In Cantonese, the number 4 is associated with the word 'SAY' which means 'DIE'. 3. Therefore, a Cantonese individual who may also be superstitious might prefer not to have a house number with a 4 in it. 4. Personally, my current residence is #04-01 and my new house, which will be ready soon, also contains "45" (i.e. a 5 in it). 5. I still decided to purchase it because, overall, as you mentioned that you 'liked it'. In my case, I have assessed the home based on: - Shapes and Form, - Eight House - Flying Star to confirm that it 's…

Dear Master Lee, I bought a new house and did not do the procedures for "FIRST-TIME OPEN DOOR" when I open the door 2 weeks ago. I have only moved in some stuff to the garage, not sleep in it yet. The house is not cleaned. Can I still do the "FIRST-TIME OPEN DOOR" procedures before the MOVE-IN procedures? I plan to move in this Saturday. Thank you.

Hi Master, We are collecting keys on Friday 17-Dec-2021 but looking at the dates it is unsuitable for my husband and I to open door on that day. However, we have a tight timeline for renovation and my ID will like to drop by on the same day for site measurements. Is it ok for us to let him open the door and enter for the work to be done? Also, could you advice if its better for us to do the ceremony on 18/19 Dec? Husband date of birth: [xx-xx19xx] Wife date of birth: [xx-xx-19xx] Thank you! Dear Chan, I1. I believe this concept leans towards modernity and common sense, particularly in a contemporary household where the kitchen, despite the abundance of electrical appliances, stands out as a crucial element, such as the stove. Therefore, the kitchen poses the highest risk of a fire starting. 2. It is common knowledge that in the event of a fire, it is likely to spread to the upper level, intensifying the heat on the ceiling shared with the floor above. 2.1. To mitigate this risk, it is advisable to either minimize cooking in the kitchen or ensure that all flammable items are stored safely. 2.2. Additionally, the installation of smoke detec…

1. From my perspective, I have encountered numerous individuals who have opted for resale condominiums. Nevertheless, the majority of these units are fitted with either new or reasonably well-maintained stoves. Many people deem it unnecessary to replace such appliances. 2. This tendency is a fundamental aspect of human nature. When we receive feedback, particularly from our parents, we often engage in deep reflection regarding our actions. 3. Frequently, it requires someone close to us to provide critical feedback in order to stir feelings of guilt within ourselves. 4. Your inquiry is primarily centered on personal beliefs and does not pertain to the princi…

As a final option, individuals who are extremely pressed for time and need to begin renovations right away can opt to perform the initial open door procedure and remove all items after waiting for one hour. This is typically the case when the client has to vacate their current residence, has just received the keys, and must start renovations immediately.

Dear Sharon, While your explanation is thorough, it is recommended for an individual to physically inspect the location. Despite the possibility of the main entrance being at the front of the road or a side entrance, it is still safe to observe the property even if the front side faces the ocean. For instance, the front side, such as the side facing the ocean, can be perceived as the front side instead of the actual front side accessible from the road. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Pam, 1. Given the unique nature of each home, it is inaccurate to generalize that all foreclosure homes have bad Feng Shui. 2. Unfortunately, business problems may not always be directly related to the Feng Shui of a home. Issues such as a flawed business model, poor marketing, or planning can also contribute. 3. Therefore, it is not always the case that foreclosure homes are the root cause of an individual's problems. 4. When dealing with a previously foreclosed home, it may be necessary to apply Feng Shui remedies more assertively to address any negative energy. 5. Even in homes that have not been foreclosed, it is important to check for si…

Common sense (Cs) 1. The concept of "Common sense" takes precedence over Feng Shui in various aspects. For instance, the visibility factor plays a crucial role. Leaving the toilet door open may not be considered appropriate as it can be unpleasant to see inside a toilet or toilet bowl. However, some individuals, particularly young boys and men, may not mind it. The scenario changes if an attractive girl is using the toilet with the door slightly ajar. Common sense & more Cs 2. Another common-sense consideration is the direction in which the toilet door opens. It is recommended for the door to open inwards, while sliding or folding doors are …

Dear Anon, Please see below:- 1. Feng Shui, like other methods, provides a sense of hope in various ways. It creates opportunities for us to explore with optimism. 2. However, it is important to consume Feng Shui in moderation. 3. It is natural for people to seek self-improvement, and in my view, when applied in moderation or correctly, Feng Shui can have remarkable effects. 4. On the downside, I am aware of numerous cases where individuals have either applied "Fast Food Feng Shui" on their own or placed excessive trust in Feng Shui, leading to negative consequences such as purchasing too many objects like wind chimes. 5. Currently, I …

Dear Anon, 1. Chinese Astrology primarily focuses on the Year of Birth and is generally considered in my view. 2. The main advantage of Chinese Astrology, in my opinion, is highlighted on the homepage of lovesigns.net where it emphasizes the importance of understanding each other's personalities to enhance relationships and love life. 3. "Auto-suggestion" plays a significant role in Chinese Astrology, where discovering that you and your spouse's Year of Birth are deemed incompatible can influence your thoughts and actions. 4. Being mindful of such information can lead to a form of "auto-suggestion" that may impact your relationship, potentially causing disagree…

In my opinion, I have mentioned previously that in some instances; especially, if the toilet bowl is facing the toilet door; and for many toilet seat lids; along the perimeter; there is a gap; Thus, just imagine, if one were to flush the toilet bowl, with lid closed; and if the flushing pressure is strong; micro droplets may shoot out. and directly facing the toilet door; then it may contaminate that area with germs. No use with wind chime or other things; often closing the door (nice-to) is considered a better choice.

Dear Master Lee, I live in Germany. The kitchen style is quite different from style in Asia. The stove is electrical (not fire) using heat-conduction (quite flat) and mounted in the long wooden board. The sink is also mounted in the same board. So the stove and sink are on the same height. Since I live in rent flat, I can not change the height. Is there way to remedy the problem? Thank you in advance. Warm regards, ZQ

Dear Max, Toilet Feng Shui is actually related to "Commonsense" then Feng Shui. Thus if one wants to call it: "Commonsense approach to Feng Shui". This is because one day, while I was driving on a highway; this person was saying that whenever we flush the toilet (bowl), germs "fly" all over the toilet. Even if the our toothbrush was a distance away; it will still contain some-form or type of baterial e.g. e-coli etc... Makes sense? Rite? Well, whathe asks us to do? Buy histablets to frequently dis-infect our toothbrush in it. Much like thosedenture cleaning agents! Therefore, does this not equate to "Toilet Feng Shui" where toilet qi is said not to be good? We…

Feng Shui of Waterwoods EC : Some bedroom walls are thin and not of concrete/re-inforced bar. For example, if one looks carefully at the attached layout; the wall between bedroom 2 and master bedroom is just a thin wall. Especially bedroom 2's wall is made of gypsum board; take extra care of EMF raditiation from the rear of the TV set if any. Please see attachment

Dear Steven, Generally, it is very common to live in a home where someone has died in the home. Often, if death is due to naturalcauses especially old age, no worries, here. For old homes, it is best to avoid having any of the posessions left by the person who had died e.g. his cupboard or any antique items. Sometimes, we are not sure what kind of items are left behind, if so, when we purchase such a home, try to get "vacant" posession of the home. And not keep such items. For those who can apply or use Flying Star Feng Shui; one way is to avoid an imbalance caused by too many YIN stars in a secto…

Buangkok Tropica Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans buangkok-tropica.pdf Completed 2018 Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Buangkok Tropica 1. Majority of the stacks /units in this development face flying stars S2. From now to 2023, this is indeed a good facing direction. As the facing direction has the auspicious double auspicious #8 wealth stars. 1.1. Thus especially stacks/ units889, 901, 903 and 905 even if they do not face a water position; these two stacks/ units face what is called "virtual water" or clear space; directly overlooking the site reserved for a park. 2. Dear Master Cecil Thank you very much for your prompt reply. I can now clearly understand the goodness of a North-South house. Pls allow me to ask another question. To calculate the flying stars formula, we need to know the exact degree of the main door from the centre of our house. However, not all main doors are the facing of the house as I learned? We are supposed to go to the outside of the building to get the exact reading of the facing to calculate the flying stars if we live in an apartment block, am I right? But according to your website, you keep emphasising on the main entrance door. Is that only refers to bungalows and terrace houses? Please advise. Thank You o…

If you have the time, please read this resource by Robert Lee:- Extract from this link APPLYING LOCATION FACTOR INTO BA ZI 3. Using GMT time zone is a bad way to apply the location factor, because GMT timezone only affects the longitude changes. Furthermore, GMT has been simplified so much so it is no longer as accurate as in the past. 4. Our stand on this issue is NOT to add these level of complication to the analysis. Meaning that you should just use your local time (regardless of what country), to analyse the Ba Zi. This is because if you truly understand how the Ba Zi works, the HOUR pillar will not make a maj…
