Hi Shifu, I am going to purchase a cluster home in Malaysia. The unit i am able to get is Unit A as labeled in the photo attached. Does this unit consider at T-Junction? or may suffer from any "Sha" as the opposite side of road there is a semi circular mini garden(in green) is there any other consideration i should take into as the unit is just beside the unit directly facing the T-Junction Color legend: Brown: Double lane road Green: Garden with tree Side note: House land width is wider than road width

I have a birch tree in front of my house, more to the South East. One third of this tree seems to be dead and some big branches are falling. Shall I cut it and remove the roots completely, shall I cut just the dead parts, shall I keep the stump hoping it will revive? Shall I plant another tree immediately after removing it? Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Dear Master Cecil Lee I have found that my house type is as per the attachment, Could you clarify this type of house is House Kua ? Or House Flying stars? And it will not be change annually? Hello. I just arrived in HK 2 weeks ago to work. I'm moving in to my new apartment on Sept 16. I am alone here in HK so want to make sure nothing inauspicious happens. I've researched and the house's direction is inauspicious in period 9. The facing direction is also in the west group. My kua is 5 (female). Is there still a cure? Right now the facing direction is SE-S, (area with big windows in the two bedrooms). If taken from the bedroom area, it's around 145-151 SE. If at the center facing the windows, we're getting 151 SE -161 S. SE is not so auspicious now for Period 7 house. Is there a way I can change the facing direction to S since the degree is so close…

Hello Master, I am not familiar with these practices, but my mother-in-law gifted us a 'Fu' decoration to put up in our house for CNY 2023. It was blessed (?) by a master. Her belief is that it must not be taken down until the next CNY where we replace it with a new one, as the house will continue to receive blessings. However, my paternal grandmother has just passed away 5 days ago, and I know we won't be celebrating any occasion within the next 100 days. Can I remove the 'Fu' or am I supposed to just leave it on the wall until CNY 2024? Thank you so much for your advice.

My bedroom, that is also my main workspace area has two doors facing each other. It is one room that has two doors, kind of like a hallway. I sleep quite comfortably as I can see both doors when I am laying in bed, but my back is towards the doors when I'm working at my desk, which is where I spend most of my time. The window in my room is towards the backyard and it does have curtains. The wardrobe in my room is actually made of two separate but equally sized smaller wardrobes. How and what should I move to get the most benefits and comfort?

Dear Master Lee, My new neighbour just moved in opposite my unit. They have a bagua at the back door, which kind of faces my front door, about 45 degrees; if I stand at my front door, I still can see it. We have a high fence and a tree semi-blocking it. Hello Master, I am a weak fire born during winter. What would be my suggested career element? Dear Master, We would like to place a Guan Yin altar in our living room and hope you can kindly help us. Hi Master,Was unable to find a suitable place to put the altar and the ancestor tablets (mother and hubby). 1. Was told that the altar cannot be placed in front of kitchen, is it true? Where is the best place to put the altar? 2. Can I convert the kitchen toilet into a store room, will make a cabinet to boxed up the toilet bowl and sink. Can? Attach floor plan for easy reference. Note: no attachment found (Cecil) I am in the midst of renovating my Hdb flat. I am Installing a divider at the main entrance, the I'd designed The divider with wood panels slanting style and I just Realized that the panels may point to mykwan yin altar. Attached the picture. Dear Master Robert Lee My brother's housealtar table was place against the kitchen toilet, facing the main entrance and above the altar area kidsroom. It had been placed for 12 years. As I have some knowledge of feng shui I advice him it inauspicious the altar table place against at the kitchen toilet. I have two option here:- 1) Can the altar table place facing the stairs to the room 2) Place it at the living room which is near the main entrance (sideofthe entrance) OR 3) leave as it is. Many geomancers consider the following: 1. Preferably an altar should be made of wood or concrete. 2. An altar should not be made of glass. 3. It should be of a favourable dimension. 4. The joss stick urn/holder should preferably be made of brass and not glass or marble/earth element. 5.
