Hello Master, I would like to seek for your feng shui expertise on house plan below which is planned to be built next year. The land is facing NW 315 degree, sitting SE. The main masterbedroom (master bdrm 2) is located at south corner. Kitchen at east corner. Eldest son on on bed 2, younger son on bed 5. Please advise this houseplan is good in terms of feng shui. In my opinion; majority of Geomancers may consider one's gender at the time one is born when considering one's facing direction. Thus if one is originally born as a "baby boy"; then this should often be the used, instead.

Dear Master Lee, Thank you for your well thought analysis and explanation and brings me to another layer of enlightenment about the Water Classics consideration. Below are a few points that i would like to seek Master's further clarification. 1. Part 2: The Wisteria Condo with Blocks 590 & 592 1. The streetdirectory workings shows a reading of NE1 25 degrees with SW1 of 205 degrees. 2. However, using the Sales Brochure, shows a totally different reading. Here, it is now N3 20 degrees and S3 200 degrees. 3. Although the deviation is only 5 degrees; this 5 degrees is at the fringe of the borderline of N3 and NE1 which resulted in two totally different readings. 4. Given the above findings; it is best that an on-site survey be conducted to confirm the Flying Star facing directions of these two blocks.

Frankly, it is best to clarify with the site or person who has provided you with the information. In general, a ba zi does have some indications of whether a person can migrate or not. In the sample illustration... I have produced Page 1 of 9. And in the 2nd attachment Page 9 under item I. Possible Migration / Change of location luck in such a ba zi report.
