Hello master lee I was made aware that a door generally must not face another door. My question is can a bedroom door face a walk in closet door? Will this cause problems for us?

Dear Dr. Lee, Soon I will be signing a lease on a new apartment. I am new to feng shui, so I just found out that living in a triangle shaped building is not recommended. The floor plan of my apartment is a rectangle though (it is marked in black in the picture). Do you have any advice or tips to solve this problem? Thank you so much in advance!

Hi, my friends ROM will be in early of May and my ROM will be in end of May. Was told that it is not advised to attend any ROM/wedding events 1 month before our own ROM, else there will be class of luck. Any concern if I were to join my friend's ROM? By clash of luck according to elderly, what does that means? Thank you!

Hi Master Cecil, Good day. I have been clueless for the past few days as i just realise that the top of main floor is a bathroom (as per pict attached). Been doing alot and alot of research and i have been getting mixed answer. Some say this is really disastrous, some say this will not matter, some say it will only affect newly wed couple as they might have difficulty to conceive (my wife and I been married for 7 years for not really newly wed). Can you please advice me what can I do because i am really clueless on how it will affect me and if it really will, how can I find a remedy for this matter? Thanks. Regards Chong

Dear Cecil, I'm bidding for a house that was originally built in 1940. However, this house was just recently renovated from top to bottom. The original house was completely gutted inside. All the walls, windows, doors, kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms are completely newly built. In fact the inside looks like a new, modern house. Does this renovation constitutes a change to period 8? Thank you as always, Hoa

Hello Feng Shui masters, I'm looking at purchasing a property and while the apartment itself is not trapezoidal shaped, the detached garage (on the basement level) has a storage cage which is very obviously an irregular shape. Is this considered trapezoidal shaped land (since I will own the storage cage)? Kind regards and many thanks.

These days, many new condos are built like a “fort.” In these developments, the buildings are placed in a way that surrounds or traps the water feature in the middle. This setup does not let enough air move through the water areas and out of the site. There are some gaps, but it is still hard for evaporated “dirty” water to escape. If your unit is on a lower floor, like the ground or second level, and nearby neighbors keep their windows closed, a lot of this dirty pool air can enter your home. I like the site plan of Ripple Bay because the buildings are arranged in three wide rows that are far apart. This helps fresh air flow easily through the estate. In contrast, t…

Hi Master, I've heard many things around feng shui and flow of energy with trees blocking the main entrance. Would the attached picture be considered a tree blocking the flow of energy? This is the view from the front door. Thank You.

Hello Sir, We recently moved to a new home. The main door faces NE and opens inside to a small landing space with the kitchen right in front of it. The kitchen opens to a balcony. So from the main door you can directly look into the balcony. I try to keep the kitchen door closed as much as possible. Does this require to be rectified ? If so how ? The gas is placed in a position where we face NW while cooking. Thank you for the input

Hello Cecil lee Hope you are doing well. Below is the extract from Geomany website A house with a Parent String chart enjoys very auspicious wealth and relationship luck when the ruling star is present. What if the ruling star is not present but still forms a parent string i.e. combination of 1,4,7 or 2,,5,8 or 3,6,9.. Do formation of parent strings mean we can ignore the inauspicious stars in the sector ? Regards Kali

I am new to feng shui. I heard that it can help to to make my family better in all aspects. I came across your website and I thought to seek for your advise. I am more confuse and scare the more I read. Please help to sooth my worryness. My home is the only thing I have and I don't planning on selling it. Hello Cecil Lee, I bought a house with front door which is facing SW 3 & i have a garage in the south sector which i believe is the auspicious sector in period 9. Also due to the fact that we have a water star 9 in the south. The garage is also facing the main entrance/gate. I can enter the house through the front door or through the garage. As i understand from various forums, having garage in auspicious sector is a wasted opportunity. So, what can i do/ remedies to tap in the good energy of south sector and make use of it ? Regards Kali

The 1st DBSS expensive premium - neither here nor there .... not a condo, not a HUDC, no fencing or barrier... typically an overpriced HDB and for some an over-priced HDB 5 bedroom flat.. purchased at around $800K or more... Furthermore... not even within short walking distance to an MRT or at least an LRT... Expect to loose (paper value of $200K or more...)
