My grandmother has passed away 1 week ago but I want to buy HDB resale apartment to live nearby my workplace. I read that I need to wait 100 days after her passing before I can move in. Within these 100 days: Can I still go for housing viewing right now? Can I buy HDB resale apartment right now? Can I collect key if I manage to buy one? Can I open the HDB door for renovation? I understand that there is open ceremony and I have to find an auspicious date to open the door. So do I have to wait 100 days before I can open the door? Hi Masters. I am in the middle of house hunting for a old house I found one triangle shaped land to rebuild a house all the back of the Neigbour is facing this piece of land . there is only one small entrance ( only 1 car) allow to drive into the land I read somewhere that is not good or is there any cure any advice pls thank u

Dear Shifu, I have got also information about posion arrow in Info section of your forum. I just know that ShaQi can exist not only outdoor but also indoor. For outdoor poison arrow one can use bagua convex mirror to deflect the shaqi as far as I know. My question about indoor posion arrow: What if there is no possibility to avoid sitting/facing in a line of poison arrow (e.g. corner/edge of a wall)? what is the cure? Hi Master i went to get my reading with a geomancer & she advised that my fire element is weak. she said this will make it difficult for me to have children hence I need to increase my fire by buying a horse figurine (I did not buy, it’s $1888). I did the free ba zi reading on your website and it stated that fire is unfavorable element for me. Furthermore, house of life and house of conception is empty. Can you share what this means ? The lift serves 2 units however the lift door faces the unit directly.its not facing parallel as there are about 3-steps to go up main door. So main door is sitting higher than lift door. main door direction is NE. So main door will be very dark too unless the side door beside lift is kept open. Photo attached is when side door is open. is this ok? Any remedies?

Hi Master, I bought a lot that's irregular on the back where the left side is longer than the right side by 25'. The lot is facing East at front. So the lot is East - West. I read several Feng Shui that states it's bad luck. How could I cure it? Should I plant hedges across to make it rectangular and pretend that longer side is not my land? Dear Cecil: I'm a Strong Water (70% water, 18% metal, 8% wood, 4% earth, 0% fire). Here's my dilemma with house hunting: 1) House 1 faces West, my Excellent direction. Hello and thank you in advance for your time. My wife and I are thinking about building a new home and I feel like I need a better understanding on some of the subtilties of geomancy. First, stairways. Isn't every step potentially a small poison arrow? Can I reduce this using a rounded "nose" on the ledge of my steps? Please email to robert-lee@3dmail.com so that he can provide you with a free credit to generate the month auspicious date. Dear Master Lee, I am in the midst of house hunting and would like to seek your advice. Do all 3 South facing houses (S1, S2, S3) face the Direct Spirit (正神）in Period 9? However, only S1 has double 9 facing stars whereas S2 & S3 are double 9 sitting stars. Hi, I recently moved into a new condo and just realized there is a river behind my condo. My balcony is facing the river and it is not visible at all covered by trees. But you can hear the river. Hello sir, we just bought a 2-storey home which the Backyard is facing uphill slope then more houses on top of that uphill slope. The slope has a lot of greens and some flowers grown and mAintained very well by the association. Drainage done very well too. Los angeles seldom rain, very dry and drought. Dear Mei Lee, Generally, it has more to do with "commonsense approach" to Feng Shui. This is because, if the site / slope is "well maintained" it is fine. But in some cases, such as poor piling done and due to heavy (or very heavy rainfall), and if the slope is not protected, we often see pictures on houses on the "hill" breaking up or the slope causing a landslide - coming down to the lower home. Good day, Master Cecil! The electric company just placed a post right innfront of our house entrance. It is not directly in front of the main door, but seems to slice through the small peeping window beside the main door. It can also be seen clearly through the big foyer window. Will hanging a crystal chandelier inside the foyer help? Kindly see attached photo. Thank you!

Hello - first off, thank you so much for providing your insight and wisdom. I have enjoyed reading your analysis over the years and am finally moving to a new home where I will be able to remodel the entire interior layout as I see fit. The only thing set in stone is the facing direction (NE1), which I am totally happy with. My husband is metal (7) and I'm an earth (8). Our house facing direction is east (build in 2018 roof finished)/2019). Meaning that our most favorable sleeping shared sleeping direction would be west as all our walls face a north/south/east/west. Our current bedroom would have this sleeping position under a window, but facing the door in a good position. We have mountain star 8 and water star 8 and time star 1 in this bedroom. Hi, Am looking at changing my Main Door. Currently they are 2 equal sized leaf withbeach leaf being less than 1m width. We usually opens only 1 leaf and find that leaf being a little too narrow. I was thinking to replace it with unequal sized 2 leaf door. i.e. Wider side (at least 1m in width) for frequent use. However, my friend mentioned 2 different sized leaf main door creates inequality in gender or something. Can you advise? Thank you.
