Hello Master Cecil, I wonder if this is too much to ask. I have been trying to find out about the impact of living in a house with a huge water tank behind (or beside) a property but there are not so many resources. All say it's not good but they are referring to a water tower that looks out of place and gives off a scary impression. But what if it's a solid looking structure built on the ground like the example in the screenshots (please, if it is against rules to post pictures of another person's property, do not publish them): The water tank sits behind the house and is on a higher level. Source and Credit: Google 2020:- From my p…

I have searched everywhere online and can not find a good blog post about grand pianos and Feng Shui. Which Feng Shui element(s) do grand pianos represent? Is it water because it’s black/plays music or is it wood Because that’s what it is made of or something else? Any best places and worst places to have a piano? thanks!

Good day to all, may i know how do you classify such a floorplan? It doesnt fully resemble a gun shape floorplan though it looks alittle similar. May i ask is this a terrible floorplan? As it seems everything is squarish and rectangular except that there are missing corners here and there. How to find the centrepoint of such floorplan? Does the centrepoint means inauspicious if it coincides in the empty part that is not part of the floorplan? Does it means the centrepoint is in the air? thank you

Dear Master, Is it possible that person KUA number "X" always activates (or supports) for this given person mountain/water star "X" in any house? Example: Say you have human with KUA3. So when you look at flying star chart for house/flat E2 with Period 8 and inside East (flying stars 346), you have mountain star #3. Right now this is star is "dead" (we are in period 8). But for person KUA3 this star will be "active", because the number is the same (mountain star#3 = KUA3). { and vice versa for water star } Can I know, what is your opinion on this? Best, Maciej

Another way of looking at it is:- 1. In Feng Shui, if one looks at it carefully, the main consideration is: the FORMS determine the stars... 2. Here, in many homes, generaly the Feng Shui is acceptable. Thus, if some one says the cai wei is diagonal to the house, based on statistics and probability; usually 50 percent of the time, it is already may be a good sector. So, by coincidence, if happens to be the cai wei then the kindergarten type of practitioners can say that they are correct. 3. In many of the past illustrations: Nowadays with the Compass School: Eight House (uses one's year of birth) and Flying Star (timely stars); this school implies that if you are using "o…

Hi all~ Has been told by a fengshui master that based on my chinese name & bazi, east & north area is good for me to stay, west is a nono. So recently I have been looking for resale flat, does that mean I cannot search for houses in central area or in the west area as it will not do any good to me based on my chinese name & bazi? What if I really like a house in the west area, which means I cannot proceed to buy it? Or is there other explanation to this? Any advice?

Dear Anon, 1. Please email to : robert-lee@geomancy.net for a Flying Star credit. 2. You can try to use the Flying Star suggestions in the report to neutralise any bad sectors. More importantly, it is best for you to do some `leg work' by using the compass to locate the direction and generate a report. 3. Do check the report closely, for such things as Eight-One Combination Explanation [9] & [3] - Lawsuits, gossips, disputes struggle. 4. As we are currently helping a few users who also face problems, do, try to read up the suggestions provided in our report. 5. And if you need clarifications, please let us know. 6. The Flying star, if …

That is surely cute way to do this...... wonder what will they think of next *) Flush away bad karma at temple in Japan OTA CITY (JAPAN): Tired of an unsatisfying relationship, the sluggish economy or just your own bad habits? Now you really can flush it all down the toilet. The Mantokuji temple in Japan's central Gumma prefecture was once an asylum for women who wanted to cut ties with their husbands, a funtion now made obsolete by modern divorce laws and family courts. Not the temple is a museum chronciling the history of divorce as well as a place to help people get rid of any bad karma, via a piece of paper they drop into laterines. Vis…

When viewed from above, it appears as a triangle from the air. In this configuration, the triangle points outward from the house. Certainly, it is possible to accomplish this task. However, it is advisable to steer clear of tall, slender trees that may pose a threat. Whenever feasible, opt for tre…

Hi Master Lee, Please advise where my altar table should be place. Thanks

1. Please see attachment; 2. For this layout; the best or preferred location of the Altar is at marking "A". 3. If the Altar is at location "B"; then the bed-head in Bedroom 3 must not share the same wall as the Altar. 3.1Furthermore, under location "B"; if joss stickers are lighted up daily; then the joss-smoke would often flow into all three bedrooms. Not ideal if some family members are often at home. As inhaling such smoke in the long term may not be health. 3.2 In some other units; the altar may be located at marking "D". But since every six months; the rays of the afternoon sun may shine towards location "D". Thus considered "disrespectful" to have t…

These are some considerations: 1. Generally, Option where the altar is next to the main door is a good choice. 2. As you had mentioned, the stove placement should be based on one's ba zi and is beyond this discussion. 3. There is no issue if one wants to place a shoe cabinet next to the main door. This is pretty common even for many condo unit owners.

Dear Anon, 1. Often, when coins are used, it is based on the number of coins. 2. I am not sure if there is any `commercial' agenda; but majority of the coins that we buy are often imitation coins or newly minted coins that seem to look like `antique' coins. (Don't be fooled by the greenish colour on these copper coins as it is very easy to `age' the coins) 3. The usual number for a big metal cure are a set of 6 emperor coins each. 3.1. Previously before the internet age, many shops were selling 5 coins. Perhaps their knowledge was essentially that of the popular Five Elements concept of Earth, Metal, Water, Wood and Fire. 3.2. But today, …

Thanks for your photos. This aspect of Feng Shui has more to do with common sense and privacy then Feng Shui. One way mirror can be highly reflective. And depends on various considerations:- 1.It is acceptable to placesuch a mirror for privacy. 2.But if the mirror is highly reflective especially at the outside; and if your home is a SW; thus there is bound to be some afternoon sun;do consider the afternoon sun rays andthe reflective properties of glass. 2.1. Common sense: It might not get approval from your Managing Agent. 2.2. At night, when one turns on light in say the kitchen; this one-way mirror may not"work" anymore... 3. Un…

Dear Master Lee, 1. I just came across your website and hope you can help me. 2. I have heard several contradicting information on placing the altar (see plan). Would like your advice. For A1, some said it is good but some said that it is no good as the back of Altar is to the main door - fear back-stabbing. For A2, some said it is the best place (buddha looks after us as we go out) but some said that it is no good as it faces the lift lobby and another neighbour's unit (worry that bad energy absorbed). For A5 & A6, some said not so good if in bedroom, somebody is sleeping with feet towards living room. 3. I hav…

Sir, Thanks for your response. My stove is not facing the kitchen door or face any other rooms or room windows. My Stove is facing a window which is also part of the kitchen but about 6-7 meters away. Out of the windows is not facing any part of my house. Thanks PS

Bad Flying Stars (Feng Shui) in kitchen + What element is a fridge? Water? Metal element?

Firstly, if this is not a bedroom; not a major concern especially if it is at the back of the home or apartment. Secondly, many don't realise but a Refrigerator or fridge is actually considered as belonging to the metal element. Thus, if one needs metal in the kitchen; a large fridge can do the job.

Hi Master Lee, I found a house that my hubby likes alot. We hope to engage you for a site visit. But before I Whatsapp you for further discussion, I came across your article on the 'receiving wealth case study. I was quite reluctant on this house for 3 reasons. 1) the house number is 24 (easy die lol) But I read other that says this number is good for people with wood. 2) my neighbour on the right is higher than my house because it is sitting on up slope land 3) last and most importantly, I asked a few friends. I was told this is a pointing knife which is pointing at the master bedroom thus I would like to seek your advice. If it's a big no no t…
