In Singapore, it is very common to find many shops selling "ancient-Chinese coins". But do take note that these are often imitation coins. And in-fact, imitation coins are good enough to be used. This is because a real geniune ancient Chinese coin can costs as much as S$25 or USD$13 each. In Singapore, I believe, the last time I was around this area; one can get the coins for as little as 50 cents to S$1 at the Bencoolen Building:- http://www.streetdirectory.com.sg/map.jsp?masterID=29016&postal=187951&building_name=&road_name=WATERLOO%20STREET&house_blk_no=42&heading=&&x=30231.36&y=31582.97&level=7&iconlist=star,30231.36,31582…

Dear Maritza, More importantly, you need to protect the most vulnerable window. For example, this is where the movement of cars seem to come `towards' the windows. Firstly adequate curtains at this location. Next, a row of plants parallel to the window. You may like to consider a Ba Gua mirror in the middle (above the window) for added protection. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Anon, If your house is not too big, then, one should not try to divide each room into sectors. But instead, look at the centrepoint of the house. From the centrepoint, you should be able to properly determine where is the North, NE, South etc... of each area. For a start, it is best to understand fundamental Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. As usually, this is one of the key ingredients or one of the key success factors in the Feng Shui of any house. After this, than, you can explore the use of the Eight House etc... There are some resources at: http://www.geomancy.net/fs/house1.htm And if you are in no hurry, try to understand more, before `jumping the wagon' into Feng …

Master Lee, If a house I'm interested in is facing the back of another house just like the attached picture, is that good feng shui? The house with the red dot is facing the back of another house even though there is a street between them.

Hello Master Lee, I got my BaZi read and I was told that I will have a short life span. My fiance also got her BaZi read and it shows the same result in her husband palace. I know that death is inevitable but I hope with good Feng Shui and good Karma, I can prolong my life. I want to do my best effort and let the heaven decide later. I was told that I am a weak wood element and there is no water element in my chart. Here is my data: Male born in Jakarta, 28 May 1994; 03.40 am So what is your Feng Shui suggestion so I can hopefully have a good health ahead? Please help me, I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Hello, again Several sources have recommended using metal as a "cure" for having the Five-Yellow at my front door, this year (2018). I have ordered a wind chime to place there, but I'm wondering if the steel security door/screen that is already on the door provides the same protection. Thank you!

Hello Cecil. Thank you for your advice previously. We are now in our new home. My husband needs to do some work under the side of the house which faces north. He wants to fill in the underneath side to make a garage and workshop. Part of it is northeast and he needs to put materials up under the decking to create a sealed roof. Being aware of the dangers associated with loud noises, Disturbing the dirt etc, can you please advise if there are any days that work can be done? He can't wait for 12 months unfortunately. I thank you for your help, in advance.

Hi, I'm trying to get a handle on what the significance is of the 24 mountains. Every book lists them, and gives the compass points they relate to, but that's all I've seen. Are they really just names for the divisions of the compass, like the N1, N2, N3 alternatives, or is there something more to them? The name "24 mountains" makes them sound very important, but I'm not seeing how they have any importance. Am I missing something? Thanks!

Hi Master Cecil I was wondering if you could help me on how to find the centerpoint of my house. I read the instructions on the site but don't really understand the option for finding the center of gravity when there are multiple stories but each floor doesn't really match the perimeter of the floors above it. I live in a three story duplex townhouse which faces NE3 (52.5-67.5) and is period 7 The building itself is a rectangular block but the lower 2 floors are shared with my neighbor: 1st floor - only small foyer and garage belong to me, the majority of the area belongs to my neighbor (outlined with dashes) 2nd floor - living dining kitchen -- a…

Hello ? hoping someone can help? We have a sw1 facing period 8 cottage. My question is regarding the north this year? Firstly is it the square segment of the bagua we use to determine exact north location or do we use a compass for finer accuracy? Secondly what element do I work with here.. 6 mountain. 9 water. 4 central palace. And all that with visiting annual 5 star? It is currently cream and white....too much metal? Should I introduce any water/blue...black to weaken metal? (6 mountain star=metal...nw=metal) don't want to muddy waters with water and earth (visiting annual 5). Would wood strengthen the fire element number 9 facing star....thereby enhancing 5…

I am thinking of getting a flat in this area. Some units have windows facing the cross junction. 1. Is it advisable to avoid units with windows facing cross the cross junction? 2. Will the units with windows not facing the cross junction be affected too, considering that the whole structure of the blocks seem to be pointing to the cross junction. 3. Even though the windows of 298 do not face the junction, are the units there fine since the block is closest to the junction? Thanks!

Hi, Master, I have learned that in Feng Shui theory Natural/external environment is the priority. We go from big to small, and from permeant to temporary. However, I am not sure how to balance between the practicality and the theory. For example, there is a 20-mile-long (measure from it's SW end to NE end) lake sitting the north of the town I am looking for a house to purchase now (please see the picture, the town is marked in red dot). OK, in theory, I should choose a house that faces N, NE, or NW, because water should be in the front of the house. The S of the lake is around 4-5 miles from the town I will be living in. However, putting flying star perio…

This plot of land itself (I call it Land A here. It's the land I am asking for) is flat. The left neighbor Land C is on a slightly higher ground. This qualifies for the green dragon. The right side neighbor, however, is on a slightly lower ground. Thus, there is no protection for the house-to-be-built on its right side. The back neighbor land (Land B ) behind Land A stepped down to a flat land too. Thus, it's lower than the Land A. Then, Behind Land B, there is a hill. 1.. Does this hill at the far rear qualify the black tortoise, despite the fact that Land B is sunken?2..Overall, is this a good landform? Thanks
