If Feng Shui is to be considered, you may have missed issues especially with Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. For example, how the drainage flows out of the home to external surroundings, etc....and many other such factors need to be considered. What we have now is the disappointments with Flying Star Feng Shui. Time and again, I mentioned that even if one scores 100 marks under Flying star, bbut all else "crumbles" outside the four walls, the result can be failure.

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: In choosing chinese name, do we use the traditional strokes or simplified version? Can anyone tell me if there's any book or directory with list of chinese characters and the number of strokes? In the chinese name analysis, we use the traditional name stroke rather than the simplified name stroke. So if the character you are using is simplified, you need to first check if there is a traditional form. Then use the traditional form. The reference of name stroke is available as a reference in some of the chinese name books.Different chinese name books will give you different reference chart. Alternative, if you have a Kang Xi Traditional dict…

Dear Kritchnop, 1. If one is applying ba zi to relate to car colours then simply use the free tool e.g. in this website located at geomancy-online.com to check one's ba zi element. 2. For example, some of us are Weak Metal, while others may be strong metal, strong wood etc.... 3. The preferred colours are available to all of us. 4. To be honest, colours are considered "nice-to-have" and not a must! 5. In addition, most of us have three categories of careers (based on our ba zi) e.g. Career with wealth Career withpower and authority and Career that is acceptable or OK. Warmest Regards, Cecil Kritchnop Kuludomphongse wrote: Dear Mr Robert Lee, Thank you for your…

Dear Momo, You can check out the online report to generate What type of career? report at www.geomancy-online.com and a description within it. Here, there is a claffication of type of job i.e. Job with wealth and Job with power and authority. And generally, jobs that are considered suitable on a hold. Nowadays, there is a high component of multi-skilling in many of our jobs. And, we should be aware that many jobs involve the interaction computers, machines etc... One may have to breakdown the component of some of these jobs further to find out the main discipline. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Frankly, try to make an effort to do a Search. In fact, these resources have just been posted recently:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=6&mid=29335&new= http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=6&mid=29137&new= I am sure, at least; it is more useful than regurgitating the eight house reports of the two of you in this forum.....

1. Numbers are like : one man's meat is another man's poison. 2. Numbers are very subjective. In fact, I know of many Chinese who are not superstitious of the number 13. While some others are very fearful of this number. 3. For some westerners 13 is an inauspicious number. But generally, many Chinese don't care too hoots about living on the 13th floor or a house number with 13. 4. For example, Singapore Airlines business class has only cabin numbers that are 12 and they skip 13. Thus, you can only find seats that are 12A, 12B, 12C, 12D etc.. and 14A, 14B etc... 5. Frankly, some Chinese also have no adverse "reaction" to the number 4 or 4 or 444 or even 14. 6. Common sense…

Dear Anon, I have thought about this issue many times and I feel that it is quite `unethical' to do so... even when I was tempted to do so. Previously, although I had analysed several dates... "fortunately ' or unfortunately", the date of birth did not materialise as the birth was natural. I would at this point in time not make such analysis available. Hope you understand. Overall, for general info, for such an analysis; it would usually involve:- 1. analysing especially the parent's Ba Zi. 2. The child's ba zi. Sorry, I am not able to help you in this area. I do not want to be seemed to play / temper with one's destiny. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Jan, 1. Generally, if one is undecided which is color to choose, use a neutral color like white colour. This serves another `purpose' ie to make the exterior `Yang' as opposed to `yin' dark. 2. Other `light' colors are generally acceptable. 3. More importantly, the roof tiles should not be in blue color as this represent water and may suggest `difficulty' for the household. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Elena, 1. In terms of priority, beds are considered the least concern. For example, more concern should be placed on the position to the bed relative to the room. 2. Thus in my opinion, of secondary importance are the beds. However, as you have described, colour do represent the element. Thus, for a weak metal child, metal bed or an alternative e.g. white or bronze bed (the colour of metal element is white or gold). 3. It is still acceptable thou, to use neutral colours or other colours for the bed support. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Anon, Under the grand duke theory, one should not:- 1. Touch `him' or 2. Distrub `him'. In my personal opinion, it is best not to `touch' him because when you mentioned hanging the lights, it would mean touching some part of the wall. I personally feel very uncomfortable over this. Another point is that you should not distrub the earth outside this wall ie. place a supporting structure to `hoist' the lights. (If you really need to do so, try to use metal e.g. a metal space between the digging and the side of the wall. Unless you can hang the lights without doing any of the above without `touching' the Grand Duke it is fine. The Grand Duke (of Jupiter) is said to b…

Dear Karen, If you have around 3 "sha qi" then, usually there are two alternatives: 1. a six-hollow rod wind chime 2. a convex mirror Either one can be used at the balcony area. Warmest Regards, Cecil Quote: Karen Call wrote: Hopefully you will be able to suggest a remedy or two to help me with the 'towers' visible from my livingroom windows. I have french doors opening onto a west facing balcony. Directly behind the rooftops of my "across neighbors" is a tall church spire and further behind and to the right is a second tall tower. Also in the garden of my downstairs neighbor (3 floors down) is a tall evergreen tree -- its pointy top is also in the line of view fr…

Hi, Please read below:- Basically, yes I personally agree that circle is very strong shape. However, in terms of Feng Shui, if the building is circular, there is this possibility that you will have missing corners from the shapes and form school. In Feng Shui, the best shapes for houses is rectangle or square shapes, because if you look at it is easier to layout your home furniture in rectangle shape houses rather than odd shaped houses. If anyone has anymore to add, feel free to add to this topic. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Dear Joe, Glad to hear from you!:) 1. An alternative for closing the door is to keep the location bright. Under the Eight House Theory, it is best to concentrate on two primary locations: a. The bedroom (especially the master bedroom) b. The main entrance door. Overally, so long as the location is kept bright (natural lighting is the best) where the curtains are not too thick nor closed all the time. If one party likes privacy, and closes the door, the rest can leave their door open as you have mentioned to allow Qi to circulate. The other point is that if under the Flying Star Theory and so long as there is no 2 star (sickness) or 5 star (misfortune); between the two th…

These are some (common sense) considerations: 1. Take the example of a class of students. Majority of the time, the norm is that their results may be like a BELL curve. 1.1. There are always TOP students e.g. Top 1st, 2nd and 3rd. 1.2. There are those in between 10th boy/girl to 20th place. 1.3. There are those 21st to the last boy. 2. It is the same thing. 2.1. Normally in a development, there are excellent to lemon stacks unit. 2.2. Common sense says that if your choice stack (or the unit that one has chosen) can behave:- 2.2.1. Some units are a polished or unpolished GEM. Thus even if it does not suite the breadwinner, it does not really matter that much. 2.2.2. Other…

Please refer to my very first reply. Go get yourself a geomancer to look at it. Why get a geomancer? One can't just write loads of text and hope that someone else can understand what you are saying... Frankly, your all text postings are ambigious and subject to the DANGER of mis-interpretation. Furthermore, there are no photos etc.. Thus who knows what the "buddha" statue may look like. Thus, since you are so overly concerned about the issue, go get a geomancer, please. Posting such things here in an all text format is like the BLIND, leading the BLIND.
