Hi Master, My house advertised for sale since beginning of the year has not been sold successfully. Those similar qualities houses advertised in the same batch have already sold except mine. Some said activate the NW with some red or yellow flowers could help. Some also say clear the clusters will able to sell house quickly. Unfortunately none of them work for me. My house is facing NE at 63.3 degree. Selling price is based on market value and potential buyers came and view but gone without further negotiation. Is there any way to attract serious buyer or sell house quickly? Thank you.

Dear Mr. Cecil, Thank you very much for your great advise, this will help me a lot. I just want to clarify the following: 1. If I will keep my original layout andjust swap the place of TV and Cabinet, is it okay also toexchange thecomputer/printer with the new location of TV? 2. Also, I just noticed last night that 1/8 part of mybed is overlapping with the window, is this would be a problem or is it okay to retain the location of the bed. I am currently living in Riyadh with my husband and daughter. Here in Riyadh nobody opens their window due to too much dust orthey call it sandstorm. We usually even put heavy duty tape to cover the whole window to avoid single dust ente…

1. In Singapore which is at the equator, the geographic north is very close (or equal to) the magnetic north. 2. If you have the time, can go thru some of the resources, under this link:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=6&mid=27494&new 3. If your condo is fairly new (less than 10 years old); most likely, the siteplan is still available from the sales brochure or on the internet. Or goto http://onemap.sg to use the streetdirectory plan and a protractor to obtain the correct compass readings. 4. Your readings often differ due to magnetic influence from steel structures embedded in the columns and even floorings. 5. Alternatively you may…

1. My most recentSuunto compass is the model: Suunto KB-14/360 PTI COMPASS ZO for REGION 3. http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=6&mid=27494&new 2. However, it has been with more for around 3 to 4 years. Costs around I forgot approximately SGP $260 thereabouts. 3. I bought it at Far East Plaza (basement). There are two suba-diving shops at the basement. 4. Make sure that to check out the above link where the back aluminium face-plate has been stamped with a Number : #3 = region THREE for Singapore use. 1.It is always best to beclear. 2. Under Flying Star Feng Shui,it is about compass directions. 3. For example, maybe to you; you are clear about the"right" side. 4. To me,I would consider the median point of the home and to the right side can be vast: NE,East and SE. 5. While the left side of North can have NW, West and SW. 6. It is preferred not to have the kitche at NW: if you do call this the LEFT side. 7. With such a hazy term call RIGHT side (or even LEFT) side... it's anyone's guess. 8. Even for a trapezoid shaped home, make sure that the top-view profile of the home is as rectangular as possible.

If you are applying Flying Star Feng Shui; then: 1. Best to determine where the most yang qi or "bright areas" or openings. Often, this is the best bet for the "frontage" or as the frontage of the home. 2. If you often slam shut your main entrance door into your apartment; then most likely this should not be the facing direction. 3. If you are into the DIY Feng Shui; then I would use Para 1 as the facing direction. 4. But for those who locally we call it "Kiasu" or "Kiasee" = want to play safe, could draw out a few Flying Stars e.g. one for S2 and for another facing direction. 5. Always stand inside the home and look out of the window or an entrance to check for poison arrows such as a tree trunk etc... Currently, this tree was planted less than 1 year. When this tree gets taller/ thicker trunk and older.. this is where, the poison arrow can be bad....

In my opinion, external (MACRO-Feng Shui) influences such as moderately fast and unclean water flowing.. has to be further investigated. Especially as the direction of flow, the angle or curve of flow if any. If you know how to plot a flying star chart and use it; then you can still try to improve the MICRO-level (within four walls) Feng Shui of your home.

1. The abandoned house can affect the Feng Shui of your home. 2. One good news is that the plot is still rectangular in Shape. And so long as there are "open" spaces or "bright" areas (bright-hall effect) this is a plus point. 3. It also depends on the built up of the home itself. 4. in this world, I can recall there are long houses in Sarawak. And even in Vietnam; because of the long ago history of tax based on the frontage areas, some homes in Vietnam took advantage of this loop-hole and has a very narrow frontage but very long home much like the one you had outlined. 5. Please note that you have to respect copy-rights and cannot post the "google"type of map without lea…

1. Frankly, it depends. 2. Thus the clash is dependant on what elements (which of the Five elements) clash with what element.

These are some considerations: 1. Do take note that yin numbers are even: 2, 4, 6 or 8. 2. Yang numbers are 1, 3, 5 or 7. 3. In a 'yin' environment; in general, just check that if you had drawn a Flying Star chart: go thru the chart for sectors that purely have all yin stars. And check which area it is. If the room is not bright enough; then best is to let natural light flow in. (Other than a store room). 4. The most yang colours can be used in the home to neutralise yin stars: RED. 5. Lighting or natural lighting does help also to reduce the yin of the home.

In my opinion, usually the furthest a geomancer would go into is if the person e.g. has too yin a chart.. and looking at the entire chart in a holistic way. Other than that, you seldom if ever see geomancers "dwell further into what you had mentioned". Overall: yin = passive and yang = active. I believe that so far, no one has done deep research into people with too yin or too yang a chart.

1. Friend, have you considered that the summary of elements of each individual changes every 10 YEARS? For example, look at this sample chart. When born his chart or Summary of Elements Looks like this Summary of all the Elements and it's Strength. Element Strength Percentage 3 Water Strongest 40 % 2 Wood Strong 21 % 2 Fire Extremely Weak 5 % 3 Earth Weakest 16 % 2 Metal Weak 16 % Changes in your Five Element Balance for 34 - 43 (2009 - 2018) Water Wood Fire …

Yes, you are right to point out that the poison arrow (concrete beam edge) in my opinion exerts around 1 metre range of sha qi or poison arrows. I only gave a quick glance of the layout plan; 1. Standing at the main door when looking into the kitchen, should not have a glimpse of sharp objects like knifes or scissors.. as based on Shapes and Forms, this is considered inauspicious. 1.1. While based on commonsense, it is rare but if someone were to run into the home, sees the knives; grap one and go threaten the family members... (More on commonsense, here). 2. In the event that the dining table can be seen thru the corridor of the main door area and orbedroom 3, then if t…

Oh! I forgot! This is a gentle reminder... It is totally unfair to look at your auspicious date only, hor! I mean, if the house belongs to the two of you, you should look at combined auspicious dates... Again, it won't be fair the the family members rite? One must also look at auspicious dates for family members: children and parents if they are staying with us.. Oh! Don't forget the pets also!

Further to what I had mentioned; the link below is a useful Paradigm or model to use to try to understand whether a concept can be linked to pure commonsense. http://www.geomancy.net/wiki/The_Three-Step-Approach#What_is_the_Three-Step_Approach.3F Posted in: Info :: Feng Shui Tips & Guidelines Posted on: Fri, 11 Jan 2002, 21:03 PM

These are some considerations:- 1) Must the safe box place in a particlular position or direction ? - It would be "Nice-to" have it placed at an auspicious mountain star e.g. Mountain star #8 or #1 location. 2) Must the safe be hidden in the wardrobe or must be cover up (In term of Feng Shui view) - Commonsense and not Feng Shui 3) Is the safe box consider Metal Element? So is it cannot place near window or toilet? - Whether it is metal element or not : it has no direct association with say a toilet or window. - Commonsense says that it is not advisable to place it near or next to a window. Especially if there are young ones at home. Else if house has no grille(s) or eve…
