1. This link has some resources on the placement of the kitchen stove:-http://wiki.geomancy.net/wiki/Kitchen_Stove_%26_More Uma S. wrote: any remedy if i have no other go but cook facing south pl advice on my e mail 2. Usually the most sensible thing is to check the layout of the kitchen to see if it is posible or feasible for it to face another direction. Otherwise, this is a "physical" thing and hardly any remedy for it.

These are my comments: 1. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui: Symbolically, it looks like your work-table faces the same direction as the table in your boss room. This is a plus point. 2. Compass School of Feng Shui: 2.1. If you know your best facing direction (e.g. under the Eight House concept) and this new facing direction of your work-table is favourable; again this is another plus point. Here, you need to do some homework such as using the ordinary compass to find the orientation. 2.2. Most likely, this is beyond you; as usually, a Flying Star chart can be plotted to check the various sectors and Flying Star influence.

1. The Chinese invented the chopsticks. 2. The chopstick is a great tool for those who are dieting or intending to have a good figure! 3. When we use the chop sticks; we can only grap hold of morsels or bite sized food at one go. And by eating bite sized and slowly; this is one of the secrets to having a good figure! 4. How often, we don't use this tool and just imagine; holding onto a large hamburger and swallowing it in just a few minutes!

Can I buy this property? 1. Bring along family members to find out how they feel about this house. 2. Those who have some understanding of Feng Shui can either check whether the home is suitable and if possible; apply Flying Star Feng Shui. 3. Or seek expert help from a Geomancer.

Dear Cecil and/or Robert: Happy New Year! My house is SW2, P7. I'm aStrong Water(70%) with West (excellent), NE (longevity), SW (health), NW (prosperity) directions. Since 2008, I've slept and worked in the direction that's good for me (according to my house's flying star for that year). In 2008, I slept facing NE (which was the bestsector for 2008) and I had a good year. In 2009, I slept facing SW(which was the bestsectorfor 2009)and had an OK year. Accoding to the 2010 flying star for my house, W is the bestsector and NE and SW are average sectors. So I've slept facing West since 2/14/2010. Realizing that W is metal which is not very good for astrong water, so I've b…

Apologies for the confusion. Yes, thanks for pointing out my typo error. It should correctly be : any odd numbers is Yang : 1,3, 5, 7. Thus I was too quick to type wrongly. Sorry for the confusion. Yin stars are even numbers: which should be 2, 4, 6, 8 etc... Cecil L. wrote: 5. Another type of Yin has to do with Flying Star numbers. For example Flying star numbers 1, 3, 5, 7 are yin stars and a high concentration of such stars on it's own is no issue. But if coupled by too yina sector or

1. One hasto first determine whetherespecially the Male breadwinner is an East or West Group person:- 1.1. The mainfree report link is as follows:- http://www.geomancy.net/reports/reports.htm 1.2 Use this report to find out whether one is an East or West Group person. http://www.geomancy.net/reports/reports-list/perlist-eight-house.htm 2. For example, if the male breadwinner is an East Group person; then based on the sitemap (facing direction of each stack), the better unit is where the stack is south facing e.g. South1 (157.5-172.4 degrees) , South2 (172.5-187.4 degrees) , South3 (187.5-202.4 degrees) i.e Nuovo stack 04. 2. These are some considerations:- 1. If your approach is thru the Compass School of Feng Shui; then it is best to draw up a 20 Year Flying Star Chart and find out exactly what are the Flying Star numbers at the northwest area (sector):- 1.1. If that sector has the Water Star #8; and depending on the Mountain # and Base # stars; etc... 2. Otherwise, what you had writte…

1. Some Geomancers consider "water" in the bedroom as:- 1.1. Some defined water as a Yin element : thus to them water is not suitable to be used in a "yin" location e.g. such as a bedroom. Here, it is a "static" painting, and not real moving water. 1.2. There are some who consider a painting of a water fall, as "moving" water ... so to them their interpretation is that since a bedroom should be for rest "yin"; then moving water = Yang is not suitable in a bedroom environment. 2. Frankly, these are the two most common interpretations by different Geomancers. Again, there is no right or wrong answers. See which or both appeal to best to the lay person. 3. What is really…

I do hope that you are not practising one of those "fixed template" ba gua sort of thing. Where incredibly one lays a fixed template with things like North = Career etc... onto a layout plan. Please go thru the following resources:- * Eight House or Flying Star * Flying Star Feng Shui * Flying Star Feng Shui as a Diagnostic Tool

The saying goes: "Take no for all answers!" Even if move-in rituals were predominantly a Chinese thing; "You have to squezee out some procedure for us NON-Chinese, you know!" It is not good enough that you provide free combined auspicious dates: "It must be for ALL MY Family members, you know!" Luckily.. not many are like this...

These are some of the considerations:- 1. Remove it during Yang timing especially best with natural daylight. Thus if you are at home; the best time to remove it is between 11am to 1pm and not later than 3pm. (3pm onwards is yin timing). 2. The most common method of disposalofitems (if it is "clean")is to warp it up in clean used newspaper. Place it into a normal plastic bag and throw it into the bin. 3. In fact, the rationale for your previous master's writing is to protect the ba gua mirror with a charm. Thus it seems puzzling that such a mirror can offend "yin" energies. 3.1. Frankly, this ba gua mirror and charm is suppose to be effective for "Chinese, Thai, V…

1. Early, I am referring to real water. 2. Another form of "water" or some refer it as "yin" water is possible. Yin water can be considered as colours or e.g. wall paint &/or curtains &/or bed sheet. 3. Water element in terms of colours: Blue, black or grey or shades of them. It can also be wavy pattern. 4. You might want to use colours instead or "Yin water instead". But definitely not REAL water especially an aquarium in the bedroom. 5.In this modern commercial times; where everthing is "in the name of Feng Shui"; frankly, many have the idea thatsuccessfullFeng Shui isabout enhancing wealth and thinks ways and meansto try enhancing their home not knowing th…

1. If one is trying to DIY; then one of the first report(s) especially for the Male and Female breadwinner(s) should be considered:- The Eight House Report: http://www.geomancy.net/reports/free-report/freerpt-8h.htm Usually, from this report; especially the Male breadwinner's best facing direction should be considered. 2. The forum has lots of resources like what is considered as the facing direction etc... 3. Question like should the master bedroom be suitable to the Male breadwinner or sometimes both male and female breadwinners have different directions, then what? 4. If you want to DIY, you really (really) have to be patient and read up lots of resources. 5. Fo…

Stephen W. wrote: Hi Master Lee, thanks for your advice on the size of mirror to place just outside the window as marked by you in the diagram. That direction is facing the lift / lift lobby area, I hope there are no conflicts. 1. It is always good to share more information. As my earlier advice was simply based purely on a 2D layout plan and "best placement". Since that direction is facing the lift/lift lobby area, then there is indeed a conflict i.e. in this instance, may not be appropriate to place it there. In my opinion, these are two considerations:- 1.1 Even under Flying Star Feng Shui, there is a base #8 at that sector. And under Period 8, #8 is the reigning number does help greaterly. 1.2. Chinese consider red as auspicious (at the altar). On 1.1 alone, in my opinion: "if it ain't broken don't - unfix it". I personally feel - leave it as it is ... no issue.

1. In real life situations; it is the interaction of the home Feng Shui with one's ba zi element. 2. Thus, most people would normally: "wear" the favourable colours in their HOME. For example, if one has a child, one would "wear" the favourable colours onto the child's bedroom. For example: the colour of the walls, curtains and bedsheets. Or when buying a car, many would also consider the choice of car colours suitable to their ba zi. 3. In many instances, many people don't often seriously wear certain colours - if it is not practical. The sterotyping is that women = red or pink and men = blue. And what happens if the male has a ba zi that favours red colour? Wear red a…
