I do hope that you are not practising one of those "fixed template" ba gua sort of thing. Where incredibly one lays a fixed template with things like North = Career etc... onto a layout plan. In my opinion, these are two considerations:- 1.1 Even under Flying Star Feng Shui, there is a base #8 at that sector. And under Period 8, #8 is the reigning number does help greaterly. 1.2. Chinese consider red as auspicious (at the altar). On 1.1 alone, in my opinion: "if it ain't broken don't - unfix it". I personally feel - leave it as it is ... no issue.

As I mentioned, in the previous message; if Feng Shui is to be applied; usually it is based on Para 2... e.g. Flying Star Feng Shui and/or in the Far East, if a place has good Shapes and forms Feng Shui; it can sell by itself. 2. If you are especially say in the US, housing market is pretty stale at the moment with tons of homes on foreclosure and many uanble to get proper loans. 3. Honestly, Feng Shui is not a cure all.
