Nowadays, the wall separating the two bedrooms is a "thin" dry wall. Take extra care (if any) if the TV set is mounted close to the bed-head of the bedroom 2. In case of EMF radiation leak. A few of the other layouts e.g. 3 Bedrooms also may share the same concern.
