For the last six months, having been to and seen so many developments (at least 35 scattered) all over the island... I must say; although the Watertown is a 99 leasehold property; Based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, I must truly say; this development has one of the better Feng Shui around.... Given that by 2016; there will be a glut of both new and old condo units; Watertown, both from a Feng Shui point and view and investment potential; would still fair pretty well. I have been to the show-room more than three times and love the mock-up of the model where especially the "my waterway@punggol"; the waterway seems to collect at the basin of this development. This is a tiny condo development with a total of 34 units. Tenure left is 947 years to go. Estimated completion date is in mid 2011. It's a very uncommon "V" shaped layout plan. Flying star is a Period8 development. The main block with stacks 06& 07 facing NW. While stacks 08& 09 facing SE. And a smaller block with stacks 01 & 02 West 2 facing. Sunnyvale Residences at 132 Lorong K Telok Kurau by RH East Coast Pte Ltd. Sunnyvale Residences is a freehold development. As it is within a private residential area the maximum height of this 30 storey private apartments is 5 storeys high. Expected TOP is around mid 2018. Usually, we can expect it to TOP much earlier given that this is a small sized development. The stacks/units in this development are either N1 or S1 facing.
