Erh.. How do I climb down into the pool. Or how do I climb up the pool? This is not a Magician trick... Just that the developer placed an extensive guard rail to prevent anyone climbing down or pushed down the steps into the Hillvista condo pool. Thus, don't worry it is not an illusion! When this condo TOP; for sure, the barrier will be lifted. Please don't quote me on this! If you don't believe; when I next visit this condo during TOP; will show you a photo proof of it! Cheers!

In this example, luckily, no homes were built at the marking in RED x 3. There should be sufficient space for a plot at each of these three RED X's but, certainly such plots again, under Shapes and Forms are considered inauspicious.

Punggol Emerald Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans punggol-emerald.pdf However, for Fernvale Grove; really what a pity; the architect placed the multi-storey car-park (MSCP) next to or as a buffer between the estate with the Sengkang Riverside park! The architect should have swopped the MSCP with three blocks: 472A, 472B, 472C and 471C. See sample illustration.

I have further circled in red, potential sharp corners of various blocks which can/may be potential poison arrow(s) aimed towards a neighbour's unit. 2. In fact, to me, Coco Palms is one huge mass of porcupines.... i.e. sharp corners : "I aim at your unit, you aim at my unit". Here, there is no such thi…

Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2/3 facing vs a S2 facing chart. 3. Here, under N2/3 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart. 4. S3. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. Part 2: Lake Grande by MCL Land and Flying Star Feng Shui 1. This development has stacks that are either:West group compatible such as NE3, SW3, NW3 or SE3 which is suitable to an East group person. 2. It is good that all stacks falls within the "True" compass degrees of 60 (NE3); 150 (SE3); 240 (SW3) and 330 (NW3) facing. 2.1 Thus even if the blocks were built a few degrees off in any directions; there is still a huge confidence level that the stacks will belong to the above. 2.2 Contrast this with some developments. Where just one or two degrees could change the Flying Star readings say from NE3 to East1 etc... 3. The only stacks that face the Jurong Lake are the…

HDB Ang Mo Kio Court & Flying Star Feng Shui 1. This year (2017), HDB seems to plug all the “holes” in Bedok to develop HDB flats. 2. The same applies here. Last year, this unusual plot of land, shaped like a jigsaw puzzle piece, was “plugged” with a new estate: HDB Ang Mo Kio Court. 3. There are only two stacks in this development that are NE1 facing: 39 and 41. 4. NE1 stacks have the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Thus, units facing a water position at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui. 4.1 If so, the sum-of-ten can be activated for health, wealth, and family luck. 4.2 If the unit is not facing a wat…

Watercove @ Wak Hassan Drive 80 units of Freehold colonial style cluster terraces and semi-detached housing. Black and white colonial style. Do you know why it is called black and white? This is because of the wood that is varnished or protected by black coating:paint. And all these homes were whitewashed. Thus the house looks like a white house with black stripes/wooden beam outlines..Still find one house at Fort Road that was converted into kids school.
