Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans woodlands-pasture-i-&-ii.pdf Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Woodlands Pasture 1 & 2 & Shapes & Forms Feng Shui 1. Either the architect is in my opinion "lazy" or was forced to pack so many blocks / stacks so ... so closely in both Pasture 1 and Pasture 2. 2. The distance between stacks/units is like only "three car lengths". 3. Instead of "wraping" the blocks stacks within the plot of land; the architect perhaps simply "copied" similar blocks/stacks and duplicate them piecemeal to come out with such a site plan. 4. Such closely packed blocks/stacks/units are prone to sha qi or …

Further to what I had mentioned, what do you think of the profile of this condo resembles? To me, it resembles definitely a bird. As to what type of bird? Well, I feel that it looks more like either an Ostrich or a Peacock.

Sophia Hills is under construction. In 1965, this plot of land housed Methodist Girls school until the mid 1980’s: From mid-1995, the premises house John Wesley Centre until it was demolished in the 2000’s:- Today (2018) The plot is now Sophia Hills:- P.S. Today, John Wesley Centre (a Church) is now in Bukit Timah, on 496 Upper Bukit Timah Road. For info it is also Methodist (Church). In the future, residents there can say that their homes are on Holy grounds! Not bad for resale marketing.. should one try to exit (sell) this place in the near future..

Tampines Greenflora Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans tampines-greenflora.pdf Case Study: Location of Central rubbish bins (recycle + common) for Blocks 874B and 874D 1. Block 874C's central rubbish bins are located in the most common location: centrally located facing the twin lifts at the lift lobby. 1.1. This block layout design or trend started in the mid 1980's and continue till today. Thus, many flats constructed in 1990s and even 2000's are similar to that of block 874C design. 1.2. A good thing about this block design is that no main door of a unit has to face an extremely long straight path of a common corridor. 1.3. …

Teban View Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans teban-view.pdf 1. Feng Shui of HDB Teban View 2. N3 facing stacks = 461 & 463 with S3 facing stacks = 465 & 467. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N3 facing vs a S3 facing chart. 2.1 Here, under N3 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart. 2.2 S3. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has wat…

This plot is very much a combination of two rectangular plot "fused" together at the middle by a neighbourhood centre. Part 2: Lake Grande by MCL Land and Flying Star Feng Shui 1. This development has stacks that are either:West group compatible such as NE3, SW3, NW3 or SE3 which is suitable to an East group person. 2. It is good that all stacks falls within the "True" compass degrees of 60 (NE3); 150 (SE3); 240 (SW3) and 330 (NW3) facing. 2.1 Thus even if the blocks were built a few degrees off in any directions; there is still a huge confidence level that the stacks will belong to the above. 2.2 Contrast this with some developments. Where just one or two degrees could change the Flying Star readings say from NE3 to East1 etc... 3. The only stacks that face the Jurong Lake are the…

Part 4: Lakeville condo by MCL Land?with External Shapes and Forms Feng Shui 1. Lakeville condo's block arrangement will inevitably produce "poison arrow" in the form of neighbouring blocks/stacks sharp corner aimed towards another block/stack. 2. In this illustration; the red arrow(s) shows potential sha qi (poison arrows) aimed towards a neighbouring stack. 3. The yellow line often is not a major issue since often, the sharp corner is often aimed towards the side wall of another block or the yard / back of a stack.

1. Personally, I tend to avoid purchasing homes that incorporate a significant amount of drywall. 2. I believe that one of the primary offenders was the Livia @Pasir Ris, developed by CDL Developments. 3. I was astonished to discover that the Livia's TOP and all the internal walls, including those in the bedrooms and even the bathroom, are made of drywall. 4. It is advisable to consult with the developer prior to signing any agreements, especially if one shares my concerns; 5. Alternatively, while this may not be scientifically rigorous, some insights can be gleaned from a sales brochure. Pay particular attention to the thinness of the wall separating Bedroom 2 fr…

Dear All, In particular, this year; many developers allow their purchases of their condo to arrange for a `visit' to their unit prior to TOP or if is TOP; allow the owners (subsidary proprietors) to arrange for a visit with their Feng Shui practitioner to review their homes. For example, just recently sites like Sunglade (Capital Land) and The Dew (Sim Lian) and many more developers allow their owners (with prior approval) to do so. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Users, 1. This year, we received personal faxes from at least 13 users of this forum. 2. For those who were located in Singapore, I had personally called up the user to ask if they had financial problems. So far, all either by sheer coincidence had some of these problems:- 1. Toilet at the centre-point or they had been advised to place a fish tank at the centre point. 2. Several respondent's ba zi is either weak fire element or strong water persons. 3. In many instances, the main door is at their death or disaster sector. All the above users had financial problems. Five were unemployed. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Sunnyvale Residences at 132 Lorong K Telok Kurau by RH East Coast Pte Ltd. Sunnyvale Residences is a freehold development. As it is within a private residential area the maximum height of this 30 storey private apartments is 5 storeys high. Expected TOP is around mid 2018. Usually, we can expect it to TOP much earlier given that this is a small sized development. The stacks/units in this development are either N1 or S1 facing. (The main entrance is located at the south side or S1side). As there is a canal beside this development; units next to this Siglap canal needs to be scrutinized.

Dear All, This newly T.O.P. executive condominium at Yishun currently has woes of not having a cable vision system hook-up due to the recent dispute between two major telco suppliers. On top of this, it's orientation is much like that of the Rivervale cres condominium, which I had highlighted sometime back. Please search for " Rivervale " if you want to find out more about, what may be instore for some residents of units 13 and 11 and also units 10 and 12. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Coco Palms Condominium and External Shapes & Forms Feng Shui 1. Blks 13, 33, 25 and 19 of Coco Palms forms a square enclosing the center pool area. 1.1. On paper, this looks OK. But on a closer look; please see attachment(s); If one follows where I had highlighted the red arrow(s); the sharp corner of that block is aimed towards an opposite neighbour's unit/stack. 1.2. I have further circled in red, potential sharp corners of various blocks which can/may be potential poison arrow(s) aimed towards a neighbour's unit. 2. In fact, to me, Coco Palms is one huge mass of porcupines.... i.e. sharp corners : "I aim at your unit, you aim at my unit". Here, there is no such thi…

Location: Lakepoint Drive Developer: Jurong Town Corporation TOP was in 1983. This estate is around 19 years old. Tenure: 99 years. Total units: 304 Comprising of: 2 bedrooms, Mainsonette, townhouse and penthouse. This condo is in a `U' ( horse-shoe ) shape. This is suppose to be a good design. However, it is a pity that there is no water positions or swimming pool located within this `U' shape. But rather, the swimming pool is to the right of the estate. PS. PLEASE READ A FORUM MESSAGE IN THIS SAME CONFERENCE. THE TITLE OF THE ARTICLE IS: "IMPORTANT NOTICE ON EACH REVIEWS" A real pity, here. Else, it would match some of the newer condominiums such as The Tropica Condomi…

Feng Shui of HDB Fajar Hills & External Shapes and Forms Feng Shui 1.
