Artra is a 99 year leasehold development with 400 units. Launch date is expected soon.. A tradtional rectangular slab block residential design towering 43 storeys high and expected TOP date is year: 2021. Often if the progress goes well; sometimes such smaller projects could even be completed earlier... but still got to play by the ear... Artra follows trends like Hill V2 and Greenwich which is considered an integrated development. It suppose to have an anchor supermarket, 15 retail stores and a childcare centre.

City Gate at Beach Road Integrated Development: a mix of Residential, Commercial and Shopping. Formerly the enbloc of Keypoint estate. The two residential blocks have the 1950's art deco rounded overall outer shell design. Based on the site plan: stacks #12, #13 and #14 seems to be facing Flying Stars NE2 direction @52 degrees. The Clementi Canopy by UOL at Clementi Avenue 1 Next door neighbour to NUS high school. Common sense says that the units along / facing the Ayer Raja Expressway will nosy. And avoid having a unit (if any) facing expressway pedestrian crossing bridge that connects Clementi Ave 1 side to Jubilee Road. Attached, please find a sample illustration showing a typical flat along a common corridor. In this example, it is a 5-bedroom flat.
