Part 2: Feng Shui of The Inflora Condo & Poison Arrow(s) from flat rounded roof-lines 1. Please see attachment. 2. The flat rounded roof-lines is a potential poison arrow if it is the same level as the opening(s) of a unit. 3. And the distance to the unit is another important factor. Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Clementi Ridges & the Precint Pavilion. 1. There are six stacks which have view of the precint pavilion. 2. The six stacks are 161, 163, 171, 177, 179 & 181. 3. Best to avoid stacks / units that are low floors facing the precint pavilion. As on occasions, funeral wakes are carried out in the pavilion. 4. Most recently, many HDB estates thus place the precint pavilion to one side of the development. And this should be the best practise, here. 5. As there can be situations when a race celebrates an event such as Chinese New Year or other festive occasions and unfortunately, a wake is held, there and in full view from the living room of …

N2/3 & S2/3 1.1 Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S3 facing chart. 1.2 Here, under N3 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. 1.3 Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area instead of at the frontage like that of an S3 chart. 2. N3 stacks 33, 35, 41, 43, 61 & 63.. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. 3. S3 stacks 37, 39, 65 & 67. Stacks are the best …

The Clementi Canopy by UOL at Clementi Avenue 1 Next door neighbour to NUS high school. Common sense says that the units along / facing the Ayer Raja Expressway will nosy. And avoid having a unit (if any) facing expressway pedestrian crossing bridge that connects Clementi Ave 1 side to Jubilee Road. More about this development when I have more details of the actual site-plan and layouts

City Gate at Beach Road Integrated Development: a mix of Residential, Commercial and Shopping. Formerly the enbloc of Keypoint estate. The two residential blocks have the 1950's art deco rounded overall outer shell design. Based on the site plan: stacks #12, #13 and #14 seems to be facing Flying Stars NE2 direction @52 degrees. However, this is considered a borderline case. Thus hopefully, when the development T.O.P.s it should either be NE2 or NE3. But very bad luck if it is between neither of these two directions. By the way NE2 and NE3 facing directions have the same Flying Star chart. Thus not an issue,…

The Bentley Residences @ Kovan and Flying Star Feng Shui The sales brochure's North compass direction matches that of the street-directory's map. Thus, this development's stacks either face Flying Stars Period 8: NW2 or SE2 direction with one hundred percent certainty even if the blocks are a few degrees off their angles (if any). NW2 Has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it. Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances. If the master bedroom or …

Gramercy Park by CDL formerly Lucky Towers 1. My first impressions of this condo's name Gra - mercy? I simply don't like this unusual non-English name. Especially when I "break-it up" as above. 1.1. No offence, initially I also thought that Gramercy is a new horror movie like gremlins or something of that nature. 2. In fact, I suspect in the near future tell this name to a taxi driver and they or even the person wanting to go there may have a hard timing pronouncing the name. 3. Any way Gramercy Park is suppose to be not only luxury but said to be ULTRA luxury condo: privacy and exclusivity with the world's finest facili…

Sunnyvale Residences at 132 Lorong K Telok Kurau by RH East Coast Pte Ltd. Sunnyvale Residences is a freehold development. As it is within a private residential area the maximum height of this 30 storey private apartments is 5 storeys high. Expected TOP is around mid 2018. Usually, we can expect it to TOP much earlier given that this is a small sized development. The stacks/units in this development are either N1 or S1 facing. (The main entrance is located at the south side or S1side). As there is a canal beside this development; units next to this Siglap canal needs to be scrutinized.

In this development: stacks 2, 3 and 4 faces NW3. While stacks 1, 5 & 6 faces SE3. Stacks 2, 3 and 4 are NW3 faces another development Sea Avenue Mansions. NW3 stacs/units has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances. Wise to disarm them. If the master bedroom or a bedroom is locate…

Sometime around 1976, the government standardised the numbering of homes. Around the British times, a ground floor unit for eg. Is numbered say No. 20. A unit above this is numbered 20A, the 3rd storey is numbered 20B. But the folly of this is if it is a high rise exceeding 20Z, what happens? Before 1976 (thereabouts): a flat address could be Block B, unit 508. But after 1976 onwards this flat is known as Blk B, #06-08. The government added an additional storey: the ground floor unit or for HDB flats with a void deck is added to the count. This is why 508 changed: wh…

Marina One Towers 21 and 23 For me, immediately that comes to mind are two L-shaped boots or a grown-man's moustache. In this illustration, from a Shapes and Forms Feng Shui point of view, although the largest stack/units = #08 has a nice number. It is unfortunately not the best stack given that it is at the edge of the building. Although it has stunning views, corner stacks which is literally at the edge of the development does not have optimum Shapes and Forms. Surprisingly, other than the whole "working" world may peer into these (Block 21) stacks, stacks like 09, 10, 11, 12, 13 & 14 are considered to have better Shapes a…

VIIO @ Balestier Road's thin profile with it's "base" sits exactly the North-South alignment of Balestier Road. Stacks 03, 04, 05 and 06 most certainly has "pool view". Not it's own pool though but that of Ramada Hotel. This pool is a blessing in disguise; as it allows unobtructed view. Other than stack 03 which looks towards the side of Ramada Hotel. Common sense says that one should avoid direct afternoon sun. With all year round afternoon sun.. there is no where to hide.. for the stacks/units facing West. E2 facing stacks: It is such a waste that the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the "rear" of the ho…

Alana a Hawaiian theme development at Sunshine Terrace a three storey cluster housing with condo facilities. For cluster houses and landed properties; it is good to superimpose the 1st storey layout with the 2nd storey layout. What to look out for? The main consideration is where is the kitchen and the stove location. For example, when I superimpose the above; I found that the kitchen stove on level 1 is directly above the illustrated bed-head poistion of bedroom 2 on level 2. In common sense Feng Shui, this is not ideal. Thus, ideally, don't have a bed directly above the stove. Perhaps, make this a study room instead. I also found that the …
