I would often try to visualise where the wind may flow towards... and avoid purchasing a unit especially on the ground floor close-by to these areas. Don't get me wrong, I am no vegetarian.. but especially on Friday evenings and weekends... I don't want to get constant smell of barbequed food..…

The Clementi Canopy Condo by UOL The initial compass readings based on the Sale Brochure of The Clementi Canopy shows that this developments stacks either face NE1 (23 degrees) or SW1 (203 degrees). The main concern is that just 0.5 of a degrees or more and the facing changes to either N3 (e.g. 22.4 degrees) or S3 (e.g. 202.4 degrees) facing. The next few reviews, I will try to counter check it with streetdirectory.com. As the outlines are not up yet; but at least see if the sales brochure is "in the right direction".
