@ Evergreen Park at Hougang Avenue 7 Any negative energy or harmful structures that may affect the living space? In the search for a new apartment, it is important to be mindful of any negative energy or harmful structures that may affect the living space. In the case of Evergreen Park at Hougang Avenue 7, the spikes on the open air carpark do not pose a threat to the 2nd storey apartments. This is fortunate as if there were apartments on the ground level, the trellis spikes could have created a poison arrow effect towards many of the units. Thankfully, this is not the case here.

Today, more and more are seeking Feng Shui advice prior to placing a deposit to buy a home. Like I always say, this is a smart move indeed! Indeed, it applies equally to both looking for a new (resale) home and/or finding a new office / business space. Reference: under TOPIC 5/5 of this link:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=12&mid=30814&new= Like this link, it is often a fore-GONE conclusion, once they had taken up the space... Here, in my opinion, even GOD, can't help this business.

Dear All, 1. Our quest to learn or apply Feng Shui is based on this premise: " Try to learn and apply as much as we can : those concepts and princples that work for MOST PEOPLE, MOST OF THE TIME ". This is the only Guarantee Feng Shui can provide us. 2. We often hear "I was told, this FIGURINE is good for me." Or buy this ... figurine.. " It works wonders!" Working "wonders" can mean different things for different people. It certainly works " Wonders " for the seller, who will profit from the sale. Have we ever wondered... why is it that a product can do us wonder BUT, there is no guarantee attached to it. For example, a price tag could say " Buy me, and you will be guara…

Should we convert a home from Period 7 to Period 8? My advise is to try to chart out your home under both Periods: 7 and 8 charts. And then analyse room by room to see which is a better chart.

Dear Chris, Thanks for sharing with us your keen observations. I would like to share with you my comments on the Green Dragon and White Tiger. Most of us have read and heard about the `ill effects' of the White Tiger. Contrary to popular belief that it is a `bad' animal, it is equally considered auspicious animal as it is courageous and even considered a beautiful animal. Here, you will notice it it is really no harm and we do not really need to `tame' the animal or provide a quiet environment. The only situations to watch out are:- 1. In the natural order, the green dragon and tiger is said to embrace each other. This is where the higher green dragon hill embraces the lo…

1. I refer to the attached example: Example THREE as the "lazy person method: or simply the no passion in work type of method. 2. Often, this method is used by some Geomancers who hire staff to prepare reports for them. 3. And, if one look at the attachment carefully, this method of finding the centre-point is indeed a no-brainer senario: Find all the corners and join each opposite corners to determine the centre-point. 4. I believe in this way, the Geomancer do not need to have their staff breathing behind their backs all the time to check with them: Did I correctly get the centre-point right?" 5. However, in my opinion; this type of method may be used especially if the…

This is a multi-part message in MIME format. ------=_NextPart_000_013D_01BE8400.FEBA6F10 Content-Type: text/plain; charset="iso-8859-1" Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit Dear Chris, The way to do it is to make use of the Flying Star which is able to generate the charts for the monthly, hourly and even up to every minute. That is the supposed way to go about finding a good day. I understand, that you have also posted several questions on the Flying Star theory, this topic are all based on advanced concepts and frankly too complexed to be explained in an e-mail or several e-mails therefore, I would not want to confuse the users in the forum. There are several ways you may wan…

Dear Caryn, Please see my comments below:- Lets first look at a few "relationships":- 1. The Five Elements, Numbers and Colours :- (Since I am not using a table, some format could be out so I placed commas between the relationships) Cardinal Point / Five element / Number / Colour North, Water element, 2 or 6, Black East, Wood element, 4 or 8, Green or Brown South, Fire element, 3 or 7, Purple or Red West, Metal element, 1 or 9, White Centre, Earth element, 5 or 10, Yellow This year we get to hear the mysterious word " 5 yellow ". What this simply means is that (from the above) 5 is represented by Yellow or the Earth element. Therefore we call this " 5 yellow " or "…

For the Chinese, for physical burial, it does matter greatly what plot of land, facing direction of the grave. As it is said that a burial site can affect the decendants of the dead. However, in the event of a cremation: "ashes to ashes, dust to dust" it does not matter whether:- 1. scatter the ashes in the sea? No issue 2. Does it matter which direction, the niche for the urn should face? No issue 3. Does it matter whicl level or is it inauspicious to have the urn stacked above another urn or have another urn stacked ontop of the urn? Really, it does not matter, here.

The `Water-gate' Effect 1. `Water-gate' was a term notorius with the Nixon presidency that had caused him to resign from the US presidency. 2. In Feng Shui, it is considered not good to have a watery or wavy designed main gate. 3. The implication is wealth cannot be retained and drained off. Warmest Regards, Cecil

1. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui; it is best that there is no Sha Qi (poison arrow[s]) aimed towards the main entrance door. 2. In this illustration, just because it appears that there is a poison arrow of the 90 degree angle of a corridor wall; it does not necessarily mean that there is a poison arrow. Here, go and check it out! 3. The best way is to LOOK AT THE FLOOR TILES andfollow the imaginary line at 45 degress angle and see if it lands anywhere close to the main entrance door or not? 4. In this example; @ Blk 288A, Punggol Arcadia, fortunately, stack 809 is safe from the perceived "poison arrow". 5. If one follows the YELLOW line on two of the attached photos; …

Dear Chris, Please read below:- Actually, all the calendar are theoritically correct. However, I do find the Lunar Calendar significantly more accurate. And it can be found in almost any calendar (which has western date and chinese date). So it is easier to determine Auspicious Time. Several ways to determine an auspicious time. 1. Check the elements of the month, day, or minute. If it helps your element it is considered auspicious. 2. You can make use of the Flying Star or Xuan Kong Fei Xing to obtain auspicious time. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

Type of figurine ================ Lions - preferably should be placed as a pair facing out of the main door Rooster - avoid placing this in the master bedroom. (Rooster symbolises quarrels) Dragon - peferably placed in the living room Dog - preferably it should face the main door. Water poster/paintings should not be placed at the head of the bed or in the bedroom location. Bird - If the painting has too many birds, avoid placing it at the dining area. Warmest Regards, Cecil

Dear Robert / Cecil, You have mentioned that one of the most important thing to look up for when selecting a house is to ensure that the house is not facing the death or disaster for the breadwinner. What if happen that the death and disaster lines are where the main entrance located but the bedroom of the breadwinner is on the Excellent line. Can we have some fengshui cures for this inauspicious situation as mentioned above. If yes, kindly advise how. After placing the necessary fengshui cures, we the breadwinner enjoy the full fengshui advantages? Mang Thanks, AMK
