1. The most common "cure" is to have:- 1.1 Installing lamp post(s) at the perimeter, so that from top view, it "forms" an outline of the home. Preferably, this perimeter light(s) are turned on say in the evening. So from an aerial view, it "makes" the house profile look "rectangular". 1.2 In addition to the above, if one does landscaping, it should try to follow the profile of the "missing" corners". Sorry to trouble you again because i don't really understand what you mean by "do not face the stairs".My staircase is split into 2 - the first sectiongoes up to an empty space, then the empty space turns180? to the second section. Iam placingthe sword at this empty space, i.e. People will see the sword as they look in front when walking up or down the stairs. Is this considered facing the stairs? should this be avoided. I also read from an article that the sword should be placed in a direction to give the owner an advantage, is there any direction (e.g. North, South, East, West) the sword should or should not face? Displaying it a the staircase, I feel is better than facing the living room. Just make sure that it is not facing directly the steps. It can be at the "outlines" i.e. side of the staircase. For mansionettes, it can be at the passageway usually between the staircase and the kitchen ....
