AN CHUANG RELATED PROCEDURES Frequent Asked Questions - FAQS 1. For the An chuang ceremony, can I check if it’s common to do it one day before the wedding or we will need to do it 3-5 days before the wedding? Actually, you can do it any time before the actual wedding date (night before, or several days before). However, once you have done the An Chuan, the couple shouldn't use the bed until the actual wedding. Hence, most people won't do it too early, in case they are still using the bed to sleep. 2. For car opening on the wedding day, if there is no younger male relative available on the bride side, is it ok for one of the groomsmen to open the car door or a younger female relative? If no younger male relative, yes it is okay to have a unmarried young teen/adult of relative or a unmarried groomsmen to open the car. However, you cannot let a younger female relative open the door. The purpose of this is also to kind of bless the couple with a male child. 3. If my older sister is not married yet, is there a procedure required to be carried out on the wedding day? This depends on the dialect group and family traditional beliefs. For the Hokkiens, they don't have any particular procedure for this. However, from what I know from my mum who's had a relative from a Cantonese family, they are a bit more particular on this. What they do is that before the bride and groom enters the house, they would hang a man's trousers above the door, before they enter the house. After which you can take down the trousers once the couple enters it. So there might be some of these particular procedures depending on their dialect group and beliefs. It is best to check with your family elders. Usually, most of these are done as part of your family traditional beliefs which can vary from family to family. For modern family, most don't really are that superstitious about it, so they also don't really do anything additional. Furthermore, since this is more the bride's side rather than groom side, even less reason to do so. 4. For An chuang ceremony, as we are doing it at the grooms place at the moment, when we move in to our new house in future with a new bed, do we need to do the ceremony again? Usually, once you have done the An Chuan and used the bed together as a couple, then there is no need to do it again, even if you buy a new furniture for the house. The main purpose is to bless the new couple with children, so if you used the bed already, then An Chuan have already fulfilled it's purpose. When you buy a new future in the future, it will more like it is replacement of an old furniture. So really not necessary to do it again. This An Chuan process is done only once.

What is Kaisu-ism? A Hokkien / Dialect Term 1. In reality, so long as the threat is not towards the main (front) door or sliding doors/windows of a home, there is no need for this. 2. However, under Human or Man Luck, What is Human or Man Luck? This is Kiasu-ism 2.1. Some still feel unease and still want to "Play safe". The Hokkien Dialect calls this " Kaisu or worst Kaisee" or "scared to die". 3. If so, who is going to stop you from doing it. 4. Many in the west (of all races) treat the Ba Gua mirror like CAR BADGES where one simply places them just because of ........ the past. LOL 4.1. Extract for education purposes only. SOURCE and CREDIT as shown in this Image: 5. Are you one of them? -
1. Stove can share the same wall as the Butler Pantry. But in the original proposal, part of one of the fridge shares the same wall as the stove. If you see the drawing that I had sent you, I had thus shifted BOTH fridges to the corner, 2. Bedroom door not perfect but acceptable. Just avoid the bedroom door as shown below. So long as the door is as per your original diagram works. 3. So long as the WC is not facing the toilet, door, yes, not perfect but the toilet door facing a bed is acceptable:-

Not an issue, since the lamp post is aimed towards the garage opening. And that a front door or windows. -

A CASE OF GONE WITH THE WIND? No longer present! Extinct in Singapore. Hi, Have privately sent an email to you. Please note that the photo was taken around 2015. Some 7 years ago. I believe it was somewhere around the area highlighted in red. Next alternative may be in blue. But in my opinion, many of the old shops even Katong News Agency also perished ... to tons of eateries. This shop may equally have bitten the dust. 2021, Geomancy.net -
The Art & Science of Determining the Feng Shui of a House In my opinion, not perfect but fortunately this plot outline is not considered as a FATAL error. Given that it is mostly rectangular in shape and also the construction of the house which is rectangular in shape does help in the external Shapes and Forms. From a qualitative aspect of how suitable a house is to the home owner(s), Three factors are taken into consideration:- a. How suitable is the unit? (30 marks) = Once the score for this is Zero or 10 marks, it is nearly impossible to obtain an A, B or C grade! b. How is the luck of the Interior Feng Shui of this unit? (35 marks) c. External Feng Shui luck? + Overall score/luck. (35 marks). Total = 100 marks Feng Shui takes into consideration the above factors. And these three combined (explained by) to make sense as HABIT THREE (3):- What is Habit 3? Find out, here:-

14 August 2022 - Hougang Central Can keep for sometime. As once peeled, sellers usually refrigerate them. And once each piece is exposed to moist, they quickly turn bad… The disadvantage of the original form is that one has not only to peel and separate each piece from this "shell" but it is also a hassle to peel the brownish protective skin from each piece! Frankly, quite a tedious job... -

Another type of Sha Qi or poison arrow is as shown by this case study: Partial Extract: Part 7: Case Study 4 - Sha Qi and The Luxurie-La Fiesta condos with The Tapestry 1. La Fiesta is at the top half of the screen. And The Luxurie bottom half: Reference… Frankly, it is hard to determine just from the earlier photo. The most accurate is of course, physically present…

These are some considerations: 1. Notice, I added a A and B (pink) line to your photo. You will soon find out why so? 2. Frankly it depends on where this development is. And there is a higher chance if this gap is close to this A to B or vice-versa alignment:- 2.1. This is because in the East Coast area, it is affected more by the daily high and low pressure zones depending on the time of day. 2.2. Often the high or low pressure zones changes and more prominent between land and sea. Thus at the East Coast area, it is more likely for wind to flow from North to South or vice-versa depending on whether the sea is at low pressure (zone) vs high pressure (zone) in-land. 3. For the West Coast area e.g. The Trilinq often the wind flow is more of a West / SW vs East / NE direction. 4. Thus the photo you provided has the most impact if at any time it's A to B (in red) is more or less or close to the A to B as found either say for the East Coast or West Coast map:- 5. Personally, or IN GENERAL, I find it less distinct at places like Seng Kang for developments like The Luxurie or La Fiesta. As these two developments also seems to have some blocks/stacks that could become a Tian Zhan Sha. 5.1. However, I might add that it also depends on the season. For example during certain times of the year, of the NE monsoon, (especially areas like Punggol, Seng Kang and even as far as Pasir Ris) in some years, Seng Kang / Seletar although a distance away from the sea (vs Punggol), there were instances that some residents e.g. landed enclave or units with Personal Enclosed Space (ground floor) found their potted plants blown towards the ground. 6. Since the seller's agent (who does not stay there cannot give proper advice on this, and one needs a pinch of salt to ask the seller, in doubt, unfortunately, one may have to stay away from such developments in the unfortunate event of e.g climate change and /or constant windy conditions leading to Tian Zhan Sha situation. Else, take a high calculated risk! Okay, I understand.. the price is right! But if the price ain't "cheap" or there are others.. best to look at others.. instead. "Better safe than sorry". P.S. From this one photo hard to say for sure whether there is a potential poison arrow or poison arrows, thus hard to comment, here. Reference resource:
