This is common sense and not Feng Shui: Can I check a quick layout update with you? Any issues if we reshuffle some of the small utility rooms and toilet in level 1 in terms Of Feng Shui Hi [Hidden], Usually still strongly recommended (not Feng Shui) that a store room is beside the staircase instead of the laundry room. This is because a store room is plain and simple just a room for storage of "normal items". But the laundry room often consists of water pipes, water drainage and often electrical items such as washing machine and or dryer. Touch wood that there is no electrical fire etc... else this is close-by to the staircase for emergency exit. As well as avoid smoke along the stairs in-case of a fire. Thus more of a safety issue. If you feel this is not that crucial or can live with it, then, go ahead.

At 6.10am where to find Crispy Prata? Mahamoodiya Indian Muslim Food at 335 Bedok Road:- Prefer this stall than the one at the opposite Bedok Shopping Centre! Another client’s egg prata Mine including coffee blacks is around $4.50 One of the best crispy Prata x2 around! Not salty. Included chilli sauce! What a surprising find so early in the morning. Beautiful to look and yet both nice to makan.Com -:) LOL Don’t know what is this: Ganoderma Coffee? Hmmm… Better than this busy Syed Cafe on the opposite side of the road… Whilst paying an early visit to o Palmwoods Condo

In my opinion, can leave it as it is. Literally minor or frankly a non-issue. There may be other more "pressing" concerns" if any than this one.

In my view, the following are some important considerations:- 1. To be candid, there are currently no recognized scientific issues related to magnetic influence, such as residing near a transformer room. 2. In fact, I am aware of numerous private condominiums where a unit is situated directly above a transformer room or consumer switch room (CSR). Additionally, some newer HDB estates also feature units directly above a CSR. 3. In the medical field, specifically regarding Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), unlike X-rays, there is no known adverse effect for individuals undergoing an MRI scan, except for those who may have metallic objects, such as stainless steel, implanted in their bodies. 4. For instance, several of my clients who are dentists have informed me that they must line their X-ray machine rooms with protective materials. In the case of MRI, as long as no metallic items are nearby during its operation, that is sufficient. 5. Honestly, there are numerous private developments (or estates), some comprising only 25 to 100 units. Each of these developments will also include a bin center. In fact, many of these developments do not have the luxury, as you mentioned, of having the bin center or transformer room located a considerable distance from some of the units. 5.1. Therefore, I would personally assert that it is indeed quite a luxury (at Sky Everton) to have a bin center situated "so far" from any units. 5.1.1. Just consider how close the bin centers are, particularly for developments like East Bay Gardens and Sunny Palms, to all their apartments if we were to use your example for comparison:- 5.2. Regarding landed homes, while they lack a Bin Centre, they are equipped with two bins: Rubbish and Recycle. In fact, these bins are positioned right in front of their house, particularly to the side. If this is considered a taboo, then I am at a loss to justify the situation for Sky Everton. It appears that there may not be a rubbish bin chute, whether inside a unit or along the common corridor. 5.3. This situation is reminiscent of the past when many homes did not have a toilet. Individuals had to walk a considerable distance to access one, where they would squat and conduct their business, with waste falling into the river. 6. In Singapore, rubbish is typically cleared on a daily basis, and strikes are nonexistent. It is as if every day is a "durian season." 7. No offense intended, but it truly is a Utopian scenario where we desire to consume while simultaneously feeling repulsed by the sight or proximity to waste. 7.1. In reality, each of us must engage in some form of business daily, whether using the urinal or producing what one might refer to as "chocolate cakes." This is an undeniable aspect of life. Consequently, we are all in close proximity to "waste." The only distinction is that our noses or sense of smell are oriented in the opposite direction from our waste disposal "hole." LOL 8. So, what constitutes a nightmare? 8.1. Living adjacent to, above, or below a hoarder's residence! The odor, the presence of roaches, and so forth... Thank goodness we are not in that situation. LOL

Hi Ivy, You might want to consider (below) which consists of three major factors:- 1. How suitable is the unit to the breadwinner? (30 marks) 2. How lucky is the Interior Feng Shui? (35 marks) 3. External Feng Shui? (35 marks) = 100 marks The two alternative approaches:- Off-site Can or cannot buy Re-sale: https://www.geomancy.net/forums/blogs/entry/10-off-site-local-international-house-hunting-can-or-cannot-buy-eyeing-a-few-homes-which-home-is-better-for-me/ On-site Can or cannot buy Re-sale: https://www.geomancy.net/forums/blogs/entry/11-on-site-house-hunting-can-or-cannot-buy-review-of-a-re-sale-home/

Toilet underneath staircase - is there any remedy?

Frankly, not perfect, but not a fatal error or issue. Unlike the opposite of a toilet above the stairs = highly unlikely case. -

Source and Credit: Todayonline.com June 12, 2022 Property hunters who buy government-built flats have to occupy them for a set period before they could be put up for sale, and this is typically five years from the date of key collection. HDB recently revised rules for flat owners under its Selective En bloc Redevelopment Scheme Owners will only be able to sell their replacement flats five years after collecting their keys It used to be seven years after selecting a replacement flat or five years after collecting keys, whichever came earlier This rule change took effect from April 7 Mr Ismail Gafoor, chief executive officer of real estate firm PropNex Realty, said this means that owners of Sers replacement flats will have to live in their new flats longer before they are allowed to sell them in the open market — now that construction time is not part of the equation and the occupancy period starts from the key collection date. Before the change of rule, homeowners could sell their replacement flats seven years after they selected it — which would include construction time — or five years from when they collected their keys, whichever came earlier. Property hunters who buy their flats from HDB are required to occupy their flats for a set period before they could be put up for sale. This is known as the “minimum occupation period” and for most flats, it lasts five years from the date of key collection. READ ALSO 4 HDB blocks at Ang Mo Kio Ave 3 selected for Sers; first such en bloc since 2018 The exceptions are flats under the relatively new Prime Location Public Housing scheme, where the wait is 10 years, and for flats bought under the new Fresh Start Housing Scheme, which is 20 years.
