  2. FAQ: What happens if a unit's Feng Shui is good but very unsuitable [ Frontage, Kitchen & Main Bedroom ] to the main breadwinner? Don't ever expect an A, B or C Grade for this house! ++++++++++ +++++ +++ Sample 2: A unit that is very unsuitable to the main breadwinner. Today, at best this unit can only achieve an E Grade. 5. From a scientific Feng Shui point of view, Part 1 (30 marks): How suitable to - can make or break the total score or grade of a unit: Frontage, Kitchen and Main Bedroom. Part 2 & 3: 35 marks each will also contribute to the grade of a unit:-
  6. Hi Master Lee , for the chandelier, does it matter what shape or design we buy? No issue as most chandelier design are not "threatening". Touchwood, make sure it can sustain an earthquake. As several flats nearby in Sengkang had their lights swaying a few months back. And this is not Feng Shui - make sure house got permanent helper. As if I am the male of the home, I don't want to be the one cleaning it (them)
  7. Once again, thank you for your prompt assessment
  8. Case Study: Please make an effort in every postings. 1. Never assume that others can understand a post especially when one "dumps" two layouts without much clarification between the two. 2. Wrongly assumed that the first "worked" example" was a visual cue to help determine the centrepoint (centre-of-gravity) of the 2nd unworked, layout plan. 3. Unproductive to having to re-look a posting twice. Unfortunately deserves this
  9. You wrote: "How do i know if the toliet or bombshelter is right in the middle of the house?" 1. How's this? Yes / No / Maybe? 2. Based on a quick "eye-ball" method to determine the centre-of-gravity of this unit/apartment/flat Don't scroll down.. if one does not want to hear the bad news! Say! Did warn you right? +++++ STOP HERE! +++++ Oh Dear! "Hit-the-jackpot!" Not only in the toilet but directly at "THE THRONE" where one sits to do business!
  10. Senja Valley, 7 April 2022 A work of art!
  11. 1. There are many opinions with regards to whether one is concerned with a home (or unit) near to a temple, directly facing or even a unit has a view be it straightforward or even a glimpse of it. 2. There are some who even say that it is a RED flag to be anywhere in close proximity of a temple such as 1 to 2 km from it. 3. Sometimes it does not matter even if one personally has no concern with it. 3.1. But wait till one wants to (later on) sell that unit. 3.2. Even if say one has no issue with a temple under any of the above concerns, it is hard pressed to convince others or if they bring a Feng Shui Master who has their personal opinions. 3.3. Sadness comes when relatives and friends also voice their concerns. 3.4. Or encounter that occasional "low-baller" who simply wants to bring this up during their bargain! 4. From a "science" of it all, the most major considerations are: 4.1. Avoid a unit in the "front" path of a temple. Thus between "A" or "B" even if high floors, safer to avoid a unit at "A". As it is within the front zone of the temple. 4.2. Equally ideal, to avoid a unit /home directly facing the rear of the temple. 4.3. Particularly concerned also is the NE or SW "path" or the "devil's gate" NE and SW as shown above. Reference:
  12. Your great help is appreciated all these years.
  13. On 10 April 2022, spotted this advertisement at one of the blocks in HDB WaterWay Banks An improved version that is “magnetic proof”…
  14. Blk 671 Edgefield Plains Coffee shop. $4/-. Should have requested for mee pok. As their thin noodles is pretty large sized. And “hard”. Otherwise the sauce is okay. Fish balls nothing to shout about. Can easily be found in supermarket shelves. As factory made.
  15. Hi Cecil, I have looked into this. Have no further questions. Even the 1st choice doesn’t seem to be good. Will be viewing other units and will purchase review when found a like one. Thanks for your quick results at this late hour. Have a good rest!
  16. The architect was nice to provide “fins” for some of the units facing the afternoon sun… Reminds me of the “sail type fins” at / surrounding the Infineon building at Kallang…
  17. One of the things one looks out for of a ground floor unit is the location of the ventilation shafts of the basement car park. Fortunately, this is not direct below a unit’s window[s] or balcony. Okay to be here, at 1 Canberra
  18. At 639B The Meadows, Punggol. Kopitiam Beside Kadaloor LRT station $4/-. Not bad. Well balanced flavour. Or rather not overpowering sauce. Smooth flavour with little or no aftertaste.
