These are some considerations:

1.1. In general, so long as the "spine falls within the yellow zone directly facing Block A, it is a possibility that a particular unit may be affected by the spine provided it is aimed towards the unit's opening such as the front door or window(s):

1.1. When we were at the rifle range, whenever we were about to engage our target and about to pump a few rounds, the above is often uttered by e.g. the conducting officer.

2.2. Therefore, to answer your question, No.
3. However, often if we are convinced of this, there are always others who may sow doubts. As to some, so long as one could see the "Spine" or that it is visible from a unit, to them, Yes, the unit is affected by the "Spine".
3.1. For example, during a re-sale of a unit, even if we ourselves are not concerned by this "spine"; others may not think so. Some may even try to give "low-ball" offers.. etc...
3.2. Even for Block 41, the angled stack although faces "towards" the "spine" but based on this line of sight, it's views is towards the fringe of Ai Tong School and Fulton Road. And not passing the Bright Hill Road where the Kong MEng San Phor Kark See Monastery is located.
3.3. Of course, possible to see the "spine", here.
4. A "Watch your front" example. (See Below).
4.1. In reality, unit marked in RED as "X" is the only unit is affected by the spine. Even so, unless it is aimed towards an opening such as the front door of the unit or a window, it then counts as a Sha Qi or poison arrow. If not? Not so.

5. For units in blue A and B, even if one can see the "spine", these two units or others except X are considered not to be affected by the "spine" even if one can see it.
5.1. For example, if X is at the #5th storey, and if the whole block is 32 storeys high, #6 to #32 and also #1 to #4 are considered not affected by the "spine".
5.2. However, some may think otherwise. And as mentioned under Para 3. So long as one can see the "spine" to them it is a "No go" situation.

Actual fact is that Period 9 has arrived from 2021 onwards. However, many Feng Shui practitioners or many others based on textbook Feng Shui.
And to them, it would mean the year 2024. Some also consider Period 9 has arrived only on or after Chinese New Year (CNY) 2024 onwards.
Thus to avoid controversy and that 2024 is just a "short" 2 years more... it is recommended or rather "to play safe" to do so on or after CNY 2024.
It is also to place one's heart at ease given that if one hears from one or more that one's home MAY not be a Period 9, it is very unsettling, here.
And may even affect one's Human or Man Luck!

No issue as most chandelier design are not "threatening".
Touchwood, make sure it can sustain an earthquake. As several flats nearby in Sengkang had their lights swaying a few months back.
And this is not Feng Shui - make sure house got permanent helper. As if I am the male of the home, I don't want to be the one cleaning it (them)

Case Study: Please make an effort in every postings.
1. Never assume that others can understand a post especially when one "dumps" two layouts without much clarification between the two.
2. Wrongly assumed that the first "worked" example" was a visual cue to help determine the centrepoint (centre-of-gravity) of the 2nd unworked, layout plan.
3. Unproductive to having to re-look a posting twice.

1. There are many opinions with regards to whether one is concerned with a home (or unit) near to a temple, directly facing or even a unit has a view be it straightforward or even a glimpse of it.
2. There are some who even say that it is a RED flag to be anywhere in close proximity of a temple such as 1 to 2 km from it.
3. Sometimes it does not matter even if one personally has no concern with it.
3.1. But wait till one wants to (later on) sell that unit.
3.2. Even if say one has no issue with a temple under any of the above concerns, it is hard pressed to convince others or if they bring a Feng Shui Master who has their personal opinions.
3.3. Sadness comes when relatives and friends also voice their concerns.
3.4. Or encounter that occasional "low-baller" who simply wants to bring this up during their bargain!
4. From a "science" of it all, the most major considerations are:
4.1. Avoid a unit in the "front" path of a temple. Thus between "A" or "B" even if high floors, safer to avoid a unit at "A". As it is within the front zone of the temple.
4.2. Equally ideal, to avoid a unit /home directly facing the rear of the temple.
4.3. Particularly concerned also is the NE or SW "path" or the "devil's gate" NE and SW as shown above. Reference:
