Lol. Not really about hearing the good stuff. I just saw a thread here where the stairs facing the main door was going "downwards" or going to a lower floor. Just wanted to know if a staircase facing the door in general would be inauspicious as for our case. If so are there remedies for this? Thank you.
Most common advice given is a partition between the door and that “upwards” stairs. (Since highly unlikely, one will ever change the position of the stairs.)

We are also planning to have double doors. only the right door would be directly aligned with the stairs. would it be better to keep one door closed? or would this be an issue?
Technically, when entering the house, one can still see the stairs whichever door is used. (Regardless whether the stairs decide that it only wants to move people one-way up or not.
In my opinion, only perhaps one encounters a very liberal Feng Shui Masters; then one will "hear the good stuff".. LOL -

Thank you master lee,
also another question we have is, would it be inauspiscious if the main door is facing the staircase going upward? the distance from the main door going to the staircase is about 12 feet or 3.7 meters to be exact. More or less similar layout to below image. Thank you for the quick response.
Frankly, no offence but logically there is no such thing as "the staircase [ONLY] going upward?
I hope it is not about the case of "I only want to (or pretend) to be able to hear the 'good' stuff?"
The saying: Whatever goes up must also come down. And further more, how does a staircase knows that is only for going upward?
Puzzled....

Hello master lee
I was made aware that a door generally must not face another door. My question is can a bedroom door face a walk in closet door? Will this cause problems for us?
Not perfect, but no issue, here.

Frankly not perfect. But good that the unit is "rectangular" shaped.

Old owner was said to have passed on in this bedroom/bed. As Imagined by Meta AI.
Frankly should not be a concern. As Feng Shui is about earth luck. If owner did not stay in the unit, no issue.
Is it possible to use feng shui to help to counter the above concerns?
All these are not direct Feng Shui issues. How to counter?

What are other things that we should look out for?
It is so easy to write a one line statement like this. The question is too..... WOW! How about first summarizing your life history in the same one liner?
