The Criterion Luxury EC T.O.P. in March 2018 Expected Minimum Occupation Period (M.O.P.) around 2023 Is my Period 8 house still lucky from 2024 till 2043? In Summary, Majority of the Blocks in this development are either N1 or S1 facing N1 [Less lucky under Period 9. As formerly double #8's at it's frontage at South] S1 [Unlucky under Period 8. Depends on where is the living room & external features.] 1. The Criterion EC T.O.P. in 2018 and is considered as born in Period 8. 2. Thus, even if there is a transition or change of period from Period 8 to 9, the Flying Star Chart or Feng Shui birth chart will remain as a Period 8 chart. 2.1. The only difference is that the wealth luck has now changed from #8's to #9's. 3. Majority of the Blocks in this development are either N1 or S1. 3.1. Both N1 & S1 are overall less lucky than when the 1st owner collected the keys. Especially lucky during that time was the North or N1 stacks/units. 4. Under House Hunting considerations, units in The Criterion EC can be graded under two Parts: 4.1. Part 1 : Location, location, location = External + Internal = 70% 4.2. Part 2: The Three (3) Major Considerations: Frontage, Kitchen and Main Bedroom = 30% 4.3. TODAY once unit is considered unsuitable to the breadwinner with a score of either zero out of 30 marks or just 10 marks out of 30; could mean the unit may be overall graded as a C+ (Just Pass) or C (Fail grade). 5. Often there is a difference between a non-mirrored layout vs a mirrored one. This can definitely affect this score depending on whether if one is of an East vs a West Group. Reference resource with charts for Period 8 - N3 or S3 facing directions. Are you interested in buying a home at The Criterion EC after it's Minimum Occupation Period (MOP). Expected around Year 2023?

Feng Shui of Parc Life Executive Condo (EC) - Old Post

In the past, this 1966 streetmap shows Parc Life EC is located at the heart of Chong Pang Village. Chong Pang Village was predominantly a Chinese settlement. Thus all the former roads had Chinese names. Today, all these roads: ENG Hock Road, Huang Long Road, Kee Ann Road etc have totally disappeared. 2017 streetmap:-

For a male breadwinner, it is less than ideal to select a unit with the kitchen at NW sector. 1. Do a search in this forum for " Fire at Heaven's Gate ". 2. Generally, a kitchen especially if a stove is directly at the NW cardinal point will be inauspicious for the male-head of the house. Typically this can affect him. 3. This is because NW under the Ba Gua Trigram belongs to the Heaven (sign). And NW also represents the male-head elder of the house. 4. Thus in simple terms: turning on a stove at NW will burn one's Heaven luck = not lucky and also may affect the male-head elder's career. 5. If you have done so many review as I have, even in a ranking exercise; I can pick out stacks/units in my mind that has this concern. And flag it to the potential purchaser. 6. Thus for this development Parc Life, I randomly picked one example. Here, stack 14 as shown below has the kitchen within the NW sector:-

1. Frankly, it is not a must-have. 2. Since the fee for non-urgent is not over the hill; Many have used this path. 3. Surprisingly, one would have thought that most likely a young couple and first owners use this type of service; but on the contrary; 3.1 There are lots more second or third home buyers.. felt this need... 4. Generally, majority of developments often will have "the good, the average or the ugly" units. 4.1. Thus even if an average unit is bought often; still can be "enhanced". 4.2. Good luck if it is that "ugly" unit. Imagine.. like buying a 9 year old car due to be scrapped a year later... or an equivalent of a 850cc engine... Try driving on lane 1 with a TOP speed of 70km... Unfortunately, often there may not be a cure...here... 5. In the past, often the last units to be sold in most developments in SGP are often: a. Lower floors facing the guard room b. Associated with the afternoon sun c. Near to central rubbish bins / entrance-exit points /drop-offs ... If not, it would be that the developer held back some choice stacks to be sold later. As the developer knows... this is their "show hand"... Wishing you, best of luck!
