Hi Cecil, the contractor said this is for sewage … any concerns with that? If so then ideally kitchen should not be directly above it = especially the stove or work-tables close-by to it. As raw sewerage contains gas e.g. methane etc.. Ideally also this type of man-hole should not be found in a bedroom or the sewerage pipe running directly below a bed. If it is an open area like this is not perfect but still can-do.

However, it's yard (windows); depending on which level may face the nursing home. 2. "You are Okay with it but not for me applies, here". Simply this means that especially during Minimum Occupation Period (M.O.P.) has been reached, it might affect the re-sale value. 3. For the church, ideally, if it has a "spine" in the form of a cross, ideally this cross should not be facing the unit directly. As some churches are known to affix a cross on either their facade or on the tip of their roof. 4. On the brighter side, often a unit such as (safest) 10th floors and above for the church and maybe 12th floor above for say the nursing home.. means unblocked views. 5. A minus for all the flats highlighted in yellow and if unblocked views means that they are affected by afternoon sun on hot sunny days throughout the year.
