What is Tian Zhan Sha?
Case Study 6A: Stack/Unit #651 is a double edged sword?
1. On one hand #651 has unobstructed views as far as the eyes can see; however, it is possible for the unit to be affected by Sha Qi especially during windy conditions.
2. For example, if one were to hold an umbrella and the force of the wind seems to try to yank it away from one's hands, it simply means windy conditions. Good if the windows of this home be closed during such occasions. Else can be affect both health and wealth luck.
3. Do take note that neigbouring stacks/units #649 and #653 may also on occasions affected by such strong winds (if any).
Case Study 6B: How about Stacks/Units #665 & #667?
4. From the looks of it, less pronounced, thus both higher floor stacks/units should have clear views towards the children's play ground and "get away with it".
5. Can you spot any more instances of these, here?

Case Study 5: Oh Dear! I (#314) can see the common bin lobby from my front door! Kee Chiu! Me (#312) also can see it!
#320 says Phew! I cannot see into the bin lobby. But (HELP!) I am just next to it....

An In-depth understanding of the Frontage of a home. Is it always the main door? Who are the Conservatives & the Modernist. What lead to the Conservatives use of the Main Door only?

2. An in-depth understanding of why the Conservatives has misunderstood the knowledge passed down by the ancients.
Compass Reading should be taken from the living room looking out of it

Case Study 4: Kudos for the placement of the common bin lobby
1. By far the most practical approach are the elements of the common bins opposite of the two lift lobbies each and sandwiched with the emergency stairwell.

Case Study 3: Any concern if the stack/unit faces a road junction? For example: stacks 609, 611, 627 & 629?

Master Lee
Thank you for the clarification
Pardon me, I have misunderstood the definition after reading the posts from the other topics. I had the impression that units which frontage are sandwhiched between two buildings are affected by the wind gap conditions.
Could I also check if glass main doors and spiral staircase in the duplex are major NO NO under feng shui?
Lastly, I noticed that there is a planter box in front of each duplex unit at Blk 10. Wonder if it is considered a "sha qi" since the corner of the planter box are facing the frontage of the units?
Oh dear!
Seems like: "a little knowledge is a dangerous thing!".
Or alternatively, the trend of Fast Food Feng Shui (FFFS) has returned.
More crucial is a tree trunk aimed towards especially towards a PES or balcony opening... = potential sha qi.
What you wrote.. seems .... like FFFS thing.

Hi Master Lee.. i came across this site while researching on feng shui for my housing.. I realised that you only did a preliminary and brief fengshui assessment for blk 6, 8 and 12.
I wonder how about Blk 10. Can i check and confirm if those units under Blk 10 are facing 'Wind Gap' (天斩煞)??
In my opinion no.
I believe if so, more to Blk 6 and 14. But then again not that of a worry of Wind Gap conditions. Especially for Block 10.

Part 1: How is the luck of the Internal Feng Shui of this unit?
Part 2: External Feng Shui luck?
Part 3: How suitable is the unit - Frontage, Kitchen & Main Bedroom?
PART 1 = 35%
Depends on the Internal Layout & Sectors - How Lucky?Good, Better, Best!
S1 = Very Lucky. Frontage has the auspicious double #9's. From 2024 till 2043.

NW3 = Very Lucky. Frontage has the auspicious double #9's. From 2024 till 2043. Plus also can benefit from a Sum of Ten Water Star.

SW3 = Less Lucky as wealth luck [Double 9's] wasted at the rear.

However the above does not take into consideration things like:
Kitchen/Stove at Inauspicious Fire @ Heaven's Gate
or Poison arrow aimed towards the unit, proximity to common bin etc..+++++++++++++++++++++++++++
